If you hate progress or you love crime and corruption, don't vote for Obi, he will deal with you.

Well, some are not bothered, as long as they believe they are teaching a certain people lesson, they are willing to die and even sacrifice their family and tribesmen to ensure the stats quo remains, as for me, my family and those who want good for the people of Nigeria, We are all safe under the grace and protection of the almighty God.

I still find it difficult to believe that there are people who are seeing all this suffering, killings, kidnappings, poverty...etc and still support APC.

Re: "Just Because It's Not Your Turn Doesn't Mean You're Safe" – Abuja Protester by nairalanda1(m): 8:54am On Jun 15
Yep, and the protesters won't call for better funding, salaries and wages for the police.

Police is expected to perform like the american and uk police and police 230 million people, on just one billion dollars.

Plus most of the rank and file are paid below minimum wage and are not properly armed and equipped. The fact that we have been using the army for some internal security issues since the 1980's should have told you something

Yet, when you tell NIgerians that they need to put pressure on their government to fund the police better, you go hear stories.

State police cannot work. When federal government is struggling to fund police , you think say that states go get money to fund police? Okay o.

We've tried PDP, we've tried APC. The later is even worst.

Another party is our best bet

I shame for Oyo people. How is it business as usual when you know over 200 of your people are in captivity.
Same goes for everyone else in the country. How are you sleeping at night when you know you can be next?

This is the reality that we are all avoiding. Only Tinubu and his family are safe. If you are defending this government blindly without security. You turn is very near.

Even if they're paid to do so, why can't they think about their security and future? And how much are they even being paid that's worth their lives.

if you are only seeing it because APC is there, then chances are, you saw it under PDP and will likely see then deny under any other party for partisanship sake.

Nigeria is what Nigerians are.
You reap what you sow.

Do you know how many Igbos were massacred by Hausas, Fulanis, Tivs and Idomas of northern Nigeria and the Middle Belt in 1966?

Do you know how many Igbos were thrown over the Cater Bridge into the lagoon by Yorubas during the civil war from 1967-1970?

Karma is real.

People protested under PDP. It was even because of the hardship that was being experienced under PDP that APC used to campaign and removed PDP. Today the economy is worse than what they campaign against.

"I will put fire in their states" - Obia Akpor Ghengis Khan

Isn't it curious that the incident in Oyo took place after Governor Seyi Makinde declared his presidential ambition? He has now being handicapped and will be guilt-tripped if he attempts to embark on campaigns. The more you look, the less you see.

... emilokan can't solve the security issue, neither can Peter Obi !

all politicians (including Obi) know restructuring is the solution but they all prefer the satanic
"one Nigeria" system that allows massive looting !!

Let's even leave supporting APC aside due to the widely believe that anybody saying something against APC is bound to be supporting Atiku or Obi. The fact is that there are millions of Nigerians that aren't supporting Obi or Atiku but we all are saying it loud and clear that Tinubu should resign due to his incompetency and another person should come in,even if it's caretaker President for the next few months before the next election.

It's not a party thing but common sense and humanity sake...... Tinubu should step aside.....he's tried and couldn't do it....we understand that Nigeria is complicated and difficult to lead.....atleast the caretaker President can look into INEC and disinfect it completely so that we can have a great and credible election, can show more human sympathy to Nigerian needs, can focus directly on security and deal with it as needed instead of pampering terrorists and kidnappers killing us everyday and current government looking elsewhere so as not to anger the tribe of the kidnappers and the terrorists cos of election next year and assurance of their votes.
