The last youth leader that did this in benue state was brutally beaten and still in hospital as we speak.

You know who attacked him? The police that they later went to report to.

See when we say islamization is happening life and supported by our leaders some of you don't hear.

You just come on here and talk as though people don't know the solution to these fulani men.

I'm from benue. Currently in benue. So no be news report I dey tell you so. Na wetin I witness myself.

These things don't even make it to the news anymore. You can't fight these guys without the police arresting and fvcking you up. You can't!

Last time some community youths bought guns and bike, they were arrested that same night by the same police and currently in jail.

People wey get money abroad wey send money come give those youth to buy guns and Okada to protect themselves can not come home again because the police are actively looking for them.

Until this thing enter cities, una go dey there dey talk nonsense
Luckysbab:
No.

We should all actually ask for the location, mobilise the nearest youths to troop into that place and ensure they send them the herders packing totally from that community.

This is how it should work. Let's put a stop to this nonsense rather than leaving them to continue taking over other people's spaces.

u forgot that Fulani terrorists killed villagers in plateau because their cows ate crops in the villagers farms and died. It was a big issue o. The remaining villagers were asked to pay for the dead cows.
Slow poison ,that reacts days later .

But the herd looks beautiful and fresh, no need to scare them away, they didn't do anything wrong... They're just innocent animals.

Re: Woman And Son Confront Fulani Herdsman Destroying Their Farm (video) by CrownedPhoenix: 9:12pm On Jun 14
Sometimes, the cows belongs to one rich man somewhere around, who might actually be an indigene.

They hire these guys to take care of the animals.

As much as these guys need to be chased out, find the real owners of the animals too.

After this, they should also go and confront their village chiefs and elders.

Fulani man can not just bring cows into your community without these men knowing about it.

Correct your statement. They don't seek for protection, they get it from law enforcement agencies.

..many countries even smaller Africa countries have ranches where their cows are kept.. but here in Nigeria government just allow cows to roam about the streets and people farms without doing anything to address it

Re: Woman And Son Confront Fulani Herdsman Destroying Their Farm (video) by MasterTeeUSA: 3:21am On Jun 15
The poor Fulani boy may have been hired by one of their kinsmen and told to go over there. I also doubt if the people attacking him have papers to prove the farm belong to them sef. Most Families just accept tales and assume ownership without concrete proof of ownership. Back to Fulani boy, I am sure he did not come from the North only to enter a farm far from home...Language Barrier is another issue we are dealing with. All Nigerians should be able to speak basic Igbo and basic Fulani/Yoruba so we can communicate respectfully. If something happens to that boy, his family will retaliate...so where does all this violence end? That is what Benue/Plateau is experiencing...Death begets death.

Rapmoney:
An angry woman and her son confronted a Fulani herdsman who usually brings his cows to graze on their farm land.

I sincerely wonder why in these current times when the world is embracing science and technology in Agriculture, people are still moving around with farm animals, destroying other people's livelihood, and we think it is normal in Nigeria.

This is so disheartening that in this time and age fulani herdmen will just being grazing their cattle in somebody's farmland destroying their crops and farm product.

Oga, fulani herdmen, go to sambisa forest and graze your cattle there, you have lots of forage to feed them for as long as you want. Leave people farmland and stop destroying farm produce.

Next time they come gather the youths of your area and chase them away from your village entirely or even seize few of their cattle and report to the police, so that they will pay for the destruction of the farmland
Good advice but try to report to the police, the police will arrest you, charge you for stealing ask you to apologize to them and set them free

The woman and his son should be extra vigilant and careful going forward because that bastard has definitely marked their faces and will come back for them. I can confidently tell you that...

Those guys are so evil and ruthless....

This is the age of Social Media. Put it out there and stop this emotional blame of "those in the cities". Every part is important. How we wan take chop if there unrest where the food comes from?

How do I champion justice for what I don't even know about in the first place? Ask a million youths online and they will say they have never heard these claims you're currently making.
Re: Woman And Son Confront Fulani Herdsman Destroying Their Farm (video) by ChenHao23: 8:03am On Jun 15
They can't try that shit in my community .
Currently, cows are banned in my LGA. No slaughter. No slaughtering of cows even for private use.

It's applicable anyway there's the will and wits to do so.
There's no Fulani herder anyway in my LGA.
No slaughter for cows anywhere! No slaughtering of cows anywhere in the LGA.
It wasn't easy but we achieved it despite the presence of a military barrack which some of its soldiers were surreptitiously aiding the herders.

Few weeks ago, they sneaked in again and were promptly sent away by our gallnt and youthful "warriors".
So its possible to put a stop to it with or without government help for a determined people.
We did it . Others can

Any Nigerian president who does not ban open grazing is not ready to tackle insecurity in Nigeria, the moment Tinubu was sworn in and the first thing he did was to remove fuel subsidy to divert the funds for political gain and till date has not removed open grazing, it shows exactly what he came to do as president, I'm not surprised though, cause I knew all along why he wanted to be president while he was busy lying through his teeth...
is Ur president a Christian?
so what's the difference
