CDCFIB has notified CDCFIB applicants for the CDCFIB recruitment, of its plan to move to the next stage of the CDCFIB recruitment process which is CDCFIB physical screening and document verification.

CDCFIB applicants who took part in the CDCFIB CBT Exam are to access the CDCFIB recruitment portal at https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng from Monday, 15th June to Friday, 20th June 2026, to verify their status.

CDCFIB applicants are required to log in to the CDCFIB recruitment portal using the Application Number generated at the time of initial registration. If shortlisted, CDCFIB applicants will be required to upload their credentials, select a physical screening date and physical screening venue. CDCFIB applicants are advised to carefully follow all instructions outlined on the CDCFIB portal.

CDCFIB stress that the CDCFIB recruitment process is totally free, therefore, no form of payment should be paid by CDCFIB applicants to any individual, agent, group or organization claiming to render assistance with CDCFIB shortlisting, venue allocation, document upload, access to CDCFIB physical screening venue, or final CDCFIB shortlist.

CDCFIB applicants are advised to ignore fake recruitment messages, fraudulent links, and unauthorized persons claiming to represent CDCFIB and should please note that all official updates shall be communicated through the COCFIB recruitment portal as well as approved CDCFIB official communication channels.

CDCFIB remains dedicated to ensuring that the recruitment exercise is conducted in the most transparent, credible, merit-based and in consonance with extant rules guiding CDCFIB recruitment processes.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

A. CDCFIB PORTAL ACCESS

1. Visit the CDCFIB Recruitment Portal from 15-20 June 2026

2. Enter your Application Number to verify your status.

3. Use the CDCFIB application number from initial registration.

4. Access only through the official CDCFIB portal.

B. CDCFIB SHORTLISTING

Shortlist Verification

Portal Period

1. The system verifies your CDCFIB application number automatically.

2. CDCFIB Shortlisted candidates proceed to the upload CDCFIB portal.

3. Non-shortlisted CDCFIB candidates stop at this stage.

Important: Do not share your CDCFIB application number with third parties.

C. DOCUMENT UPLOAD & SCHEDULING

Upload Documents and Select Physical Exam Date

15-20 June 2026

1. Upload all required supporting documents as specified.

2. Select your preferred date and closest CDCFIB physical screening venue.

3. Confirm submission before the portal closes.

Important: Venue slots are limited - select a CDCFIB physical verification centre quickly.

D. CDCFIB EXAMINATION SLIP

Download and Print Your Slip

Immediately After Submission

1. Download the generated slip immediately after submission.

2. Print at least 2 copies for safekeeping.

3. Check your name, date, venue and candidate number.

Important: This CDCFIB examination slip is your entry pass; safeguard it.

E. CDCFIB PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

Attend Physical Examination

Commencing 22nd June 2026

1. Bring only your printed CDCFIB Examination Slip.

2. Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

3. Dress appropriately for physical fitness assessment.

Important: Late arrivals may be denied entry.

F. PHASE 1 RESULTS

Check Phase 1 Results and Proceed

Announcement - To be announced

1. Results will be published on the official CDCFIB portal.

2. Successful candidates proceed to Phase Two: Fitness and Oral Examinations.

3. Follow official CDCFIB recruitment portal only.

Important: Monitor official CDCFIB portal for Phase One results announcement.
