Most of the information of NDC on INEC's portal has a "By Court Order" appended in front of it, in parentheses. If you understand properly/legally why this is the case and what it implies, kindly explain.

I don't know but I think it's because it's the court that restated the party after back and forth fight with INEC for registration

they have a pending court case n all those positions are held based on court injunction for now so it could be overturned anytime from now

The court got fed up with INEC and called for accelerated hearings.

The judge requested further information of the entity bearing similar logo as per CAC registration but INEC could not provide this in court.

The court then ruled that INEC had no right to stop NDC from being registered citing copyright infringement of a non existing entity and ordered INEC to register NDC immediately.

We must not let liars in the disgruntled Obidient camp who are now turning against Dickson to claim that Tinubu was behind NDC being recognised by INEC.

They have been going about that the reason their principal could not form a party was due to INEC refusing to allow him register a party which is false because at no time in Obi's wayward political career has he ever thought of registering a political party .

Honestly I don't care what it means but one thing is certain at a very die minute we will deregister NDC and if they attempt any appeal the court I'll nly give NDC hearing after May 2027 and NDC dead.

We warned Dickson not to align with that baggages carrier he didn't listen we will do you a very strong thing die minute to the general election, I swear eyes go turn you all.
