The government is evil by supporting adoption by individuals whose deliberate life choices have excluded them from being parents. Individuals that have made deliberate decisions not to contribute to the gene pool should be excluded from the adoption process. The children should even be taken away from them if they have managed to adopt by other means.

Same gender relationships can not reasonably be expected to produce children. What is the rationale for same gender couples' application for adoption? Why do they need children if they have decided not to have children? They should just be happy with their choices rather than attempt to tap into the gene pool of hetero sexual couples.

The only penalty that can do justice to this crime would be to have them killed,too. Possibly by firing squad or by hanging.
