THIS IS WRONG IN ALL LEVEL.

THE FATHER AND THE MOTHER SHOULD BE ARRESTED. THOSE ADULT FILMING AND PRAISING THE BOY SHOULD ALSO BE ARRESTED FOR ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF THOSE LITTLE CHILDREN.

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD THESE ARE CHILDREN, THIS CAN'T HAPPENED IN A SERIOUS SOCIETY.

WE HAVE TO TAKE THE RIGHTS AND WELFARE OF CHILDREN SERIOUSLY IN THIS COUNTRY.
THIS IS SO HARD AND SCARY TO WATCH

It’s not just the lives of those kids that are endangered, but passersby too. It seems the IQ of an average Nigerian is depreciating at an alarming rate per day!

The moo-moo so-called adult is even saying "I'm impressed"

That's a disaster waiting to happen. That child's parents should be arrested ASAP, nor be everything dem take dey catch cruise.
When I was a teacher, students come to school with motorbikes, especially ladies bike.

It is a tradition.

That's means you'll sue people if you saw kids riding cars or motorcycles in Nnewi or Agbor.

As far as they drive in a local road or wide school field with less or zero traffic and minimal supervision, that is fine.

I don't condone kids driving on interstate highways.

U wey get car(that's if u get ooo), u go fit allow ur 8 yr old drive yah car? Oga, it's a disaster waiting to happen. Kolu is not a child. Aki n pawpaw are adults.
Why I won't allow my kids to drive?

My kids learnt how to drive at 10. His cousin started operating tractor at 15.

I even drove before I turned 18.

As far as they drive only on less busy community roads with minimal supervision, that's fine.

This is not even a topic to debate on.

Is 10yrs same as 8yrs?
Take a look at an 8yrs old. Being able to move the car is not same at actual driving.
12yrs drive well. That's a teen age. 10 can make decisive decisions.

Well, I am talking based on Nigeria as the environment

He is only driving within the neighbourhood

What do want to say about kolu that also drive
Even if you have 50 cars... No child should get behind the wheels casually, not even to drive out of the compound.

Not only have you put his life on the line, but the lives of innocent drivers and pedestrians around.

Some of una go just dey misyarn anyhow.

When you read through the comment on this thread, you will know why NIGERIA is in the current mess!

Even in broad daylight, some people are still defending the kids and applauding the parents.

We don’t even have a general consensus on basic safety issues.

An 8 year-old Nigerian pupil has sparked reactions online after he was seen taking his younger siblings to school in their father's car. The boy was seen comfortably seated in his father's brown Toyota Camry pencil light, and cruising to school.

About last month or so, a young woman's three children were wiped out in front of their house by some random dude driving in their neighbourhood. Just so you know. Everything for una na classism.

Some parents need parental care honestly. How can you allow an 8 year old to move a car? Nigeria is such a lawless country. In saner climes, those kids would be taken away by the government until they mature. Foolishness at its peak!

Looks odd but things happen.

I fired my first shot from a rifle age 13 and my first shell from a howitzer age 16....looking back it seems a bit odd.... Some folks just grow up a lot quicker.

Lewis Hamilton started his racing career at age 8, for context.

The first time I attempted to move my father's automatic geared car was in 2002. I was in primary 5 then. It reversed for not more than 4 metres, then I returned it back to it former position. Many children did crazy things back then. BUT THIS BOY'S VERSION. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT.
