Nigeria is divided again. On one side, you have supporters of Peter Obi — the man many youths call “the symbol of a new Nigeria.” On the other side, loyalists of Bola Ahmed Tinubu — the political strategist who many say “built the system that made him.” But let’s forget noise for a second… ❓ What do Nigerians REALLY want? Is it: 👉 A leader with a clean, disciplined image? 👉 Or a leader with deep political experience and control? 💭 Some say Peter Obi represents hope, transparency, and a break from the old order. 💭 Others argue Bola Tinubu represents power, structure, and the ability to get things done in Nigeria’s tough system. But here’s the truth nobody wants to admit: ⚠️ Nigeria’s problem is bigger than ONE man. Not Obi. Not Tinubu. It’s about: — Corruption we tolerate — Leaders we defend blindly — A system we refuse to fix 🔥 So instead of fighting each other online… Ask yourself: 👉 If your preferred candidate wins, will YOU change? 👉 Will Nigeria really change… or will we repeat the same cycle? 🇳🇬 The future of Nigeria is not in Peter Obi or Tinubu alone… it is in ALL of us. 💬 Be honest: Who do you believe truly understands Nigeria — Obi or Tinubu? 👇 Drop your answer. No insults. Just facts. |

Good, toughtful, balanced write-up. The only difference between the two is that Obi is an unknown variable that MAY succeed (may also fail like Tinubu and Buhari). Besides, APC, Tinubu, Buhari, NEED to be PUNISHED for where they brought the country, NOT rewarded with a 4th term |

I love your write up as it reminds me of one of the speeches of His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) where he explained that change is a gradual process and starts from within. He explained further by saying that, despite the general belief that change starts from the top, which is the government, but history says otherwise. The demigod on several occasions and instances, has emphasized, buttressed, reinforced and re-emphasized about how the people are the fuel that drives change. He stated that our leaders are products of our society and we shouldn’t expect different when we elect them, which I reasoned and resonated with, and found to be with. I really appreciate your write up as it has nice again proven that His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) was right after all. |

Obogidi:Nice write-up. All the noise is about person and secterian interests. On one hand, the Peter Obi people thinks it's the turn of the SE (in the deepest of their mind, they just want one of their own there, not necessarily because he can change anything), and on the other hand, we have the Tinubu people who feels it'll be an embarrassment for him to lose his second term bid. More of ego and almost nothing to do about what he has done so far. I think what the country needs right now is for us to sit at a round table and deliberately chart a course for a prosperous future. No amount of "patch-patch" will alleviate the sufferings of the masses. You'll continue to cry, as always, if your favorite candidate wins next year, even if it's not the incumbent. Your parents complained, you're complaining, and your own children will also complain if we refuse to grow beyond putting our hope on a single person (the president). We need strong institutions, not strong men, and so far, none of the top aspirants are saying anything in that direction, so, even if Tinubu loses next year, the only thing that changes is "the change of power from one f***l, one liar to another". |

I like and respect PO, but he has really not shown the ability to lead a complex nation like Nigeria. He has(had) a nationwide movement, the Obidients, and over almost 4 years he was not able to transition that into a political force. A man like PO should NOT be in a position of jumping from party to party. He should have set up his own party with proper rules and regulations and transparency. A party that would have shown to Nigerians how things can be done properly, with open ward, LG, state and national congresses. Sadly he comes across a bit like Buhari. It's all about HIM and him alone |

Peter Obi represents hope, transparency, and a break from the old order. The reason the young generation does not know much about his achievements is because the government in power uses propaganda and media against him. Mr Peter Obi"s citation in 2014, 12 years ago.

And however did you think Nigeria will arrive at that, cos what will benefit you and I is good governance and perfect system of government, we need solutions DeOTR: |

Obogidi:The current system is not primed for good governance. We need a complete overhaul of the whole system, but it appears that can not be achieved, because the people in charge are benefiting from the crooked arrangement. |

DeOTR:Do you think that if a certain David Umahi, Uzodinma, Uzor Kalu, Okorocha, Ike Ekweremadu etc. come out for the presidency that the Igbos will give them the support that they gave Peter Obi? I know that apc will field one of them in 2039 or later, then you'd understand how an average Igbo person thinks. |

Tenses:Maybe there's something else they're not telling us about Obi then, but it can not be that he's the most competent |

I will gladly vote PO in protest. But I doubt he can win. Let's just scatter votes away from Emiliokan.... |

DeOTR:Lemme agree with you that Obi is competent (😁). If you have two people seeking employment in your company as the GM. One is "not competent" and the other is a criminal. Who will you employ? |
