Ironically, I was just thinking of this DMB - Premium Trust Bank earlier today.

The Board and CEO need to be given exceptional industry commendation for thier recruitment model at inception.

The Bank headhunted all the most productive Female Banking talents in the industry whilst ensuring they headed strategic units in the Bank.

Any beautiful and professional Woman Banker in the industry would have been approached and persuaded to join the Bank.

You see someone uncouth and you're believing them. Premium trust was awarded as the fastest growing bank of 2025 and also the best place to work in 2025. They met their CBN capital base requirement with ease and have tripped their profits in just a few years.
