One thing I’ll advise anyone intending to get either a fresh passport or renew is, don’t do it when you’re in a hurry.

You can do everything yourself, it’s now online. You’ll be given a date to come for biometrics and data capturing/ collection.

They’ll give you a date to either come it or they’ll send it to your address.

Won't the staff at the office for biometric still ask for money?
