Bitter leaf is good for sugar lowering, I squeeze and drink the water 3times in a month, and it makes me feel alright after taking it, smooth toilet and good weight. Even the write-up is unstable whether bitter leaf works for low sugar or not. But i believe it work. |

Is there any peer reviewed research on it? I wonder why our schools are not focusing on testing these remendies under acceptable research condition. Even under exploratory research. |

My grandmother used bitterleaf-soaked water to control her blood sugar. She used spinach-soaked water to “clean out her kidneys.” She never faced sugar issues for a day out of her 101-year life. |

I will say it is a pure mis-conception, if not, despite the abundance available of bitter leave in the country, no one suppose to have diabetes anymore. |

Something must kill a man. I have come to realize that some people are destined to live longer while some are not. I know an old of over 80 years in my neighborhood who still smokes cigarettes. The man and Benson na 5 &6. He is very strong …drives his car by himself and bang women like kilode! Bitter leaf fit work effectively for some people and does no shit for others. Life is not balanced just dey your own lane until the day you delete from this wicked and crooked world |

Knowing the root causes and risk factors of most of these deadly diseases, you would think people would know better, yet the ailment keeps wiping humans everywhere. Simply shows that average humans don't really want to be healthy... at least, not as desperately as they crave wealth and influence. |

Better take your medication, this does not work, do not let anyone fool you or use you for experiment. If you want to be sure it doesn't.... whenever your sugar level is elevated, take the bitter leaf and check it 2 to 3 hours, you will be shocked that your sugar level may even be worse. Go with doctor's advice , use your medicine as prescribed Even the local herb seller does NOT depend on herbs to manage diabetes |

My dad died close to 90. Everyday he wakes up, he squeezes like 6 fresh leaves of bitter leaves as early as 7am as his first meal. He hardly sick. He was very agile, driving long Km/hr alone until his death. He died naturally. He introduced us to bitter gourd which I prefer up til now than bitter leaves, but more scarce. Children of now days hate anything bitter. |
