Position: Emerging Sales Fellow
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year)
Salary: Net Monthly Pay: ₦381,011.75
Key Responsibilities
• Onboard communities and customers onto the bank's platform.
• Drive customer acquisition and account opening activities.
• Support the onboarding of members through Community Sales Executives (CSEs).
• Ensure newly opened accounts are funded promptly.
• Promote active usage of the bank's digital channels.
• Drive deposit mobilization and account balance growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales, marketing, or customer engagement experience is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
