givedemwotowoto:Then how come your brothers and sisters from Anambra made a thread of how bad Peter Obi is or was as the governor of Anambra State? I've seen a thread of how thousands of Anambra pple criticized him for his poor performance as the governor. Please who ever that has a link to that thread should drop it here. |

givedemwotowoto:Obidients are making me to laugh when I saw obi scoring 87% in this poll. Is it that you guys are taking Nigeria especially the North to be Anambra state? Obi doesn't have what it takes to stop insecurity. Already, he said he would negotiate with them and I asked to know the number of bandits, boko haram, lakuruwa members, iswap, and kidnappers he wants to negotiate with. It takes the collective decision of Nigerians, our political actors and the military top brass to stop insecurity in Nigeria. Anything short of that is deceits. You think Tinubu is happy to see people being kidnapped and killed? Do you guys think Tinubu is sleeping well with all these kidnapping crisis? Me I just wish they would allow Obi to be president so that Nigeria and Nigerians will see his ineptitude. He's being hailed now bcoz he's not on the driver's seat forgetting that his running mate kwakwaso is a confirmed financier sponsor of insecurity. You know that when you're not there, you'll think the person there is not doing anything about the issue. Until you get there and people are shouting your name on media. That's when you'll know. We're waiting. |

Kidnapping was still at its highest during his time as governor. Peter Obi will never be President of Nigeria. |

obailala:Walk in the park. Lol. Na so e easy to be president. Did Tinubu find it easy? Did Buhari find it easy? The only person who found it relatively easy at the onset was Jonathan because constitutional provision made it so. Afterwards, how did it go? Atiku that is Fulani and has been contesting since 1993, has it been a walk in the park for him? You people just like to talk anyhow. |

givedemwotowoto:Do you know his second crime? That he is not from South West or North. The man would have been seen as a kind of Messiah if he were from either regions. He's the real last man standing, and it's certian he will deliver his best, but tribalism and politics of hatred will not let these people see it. |

Many of you don't understand the difference between state level insecurity and national insecurity. Obi that is planning to satisfy his cronies and cabal will not deliver anything for the common man, let's tell ourselves the truth. Let him wait till 2031 so that we can see if truly Amuda Yekini can sustain what he promised, right now I believe is not bomb waiting to explode. Suffer no dey taya una? Or una just want to remove Amuda from there so that you can gain Biafra and Cownu from prison? No, I'm sorry |

givedemwotowoto:Anambra was number 1 in education ratings in obi time And willi obiano close the miracle center they use to cheat exams When obi was governor Many workers don't get paid Doctor streak for 9 month Kidnapping was going steady No local government election for many years So which of this was not true when OBI was the governor |

Image123: agabusta:@Image123, First of all, Obi wasn't "beaten silly" in the last election. For a literally independent first-time candidate to poll over 6 million votes and win almost 14 states in an election where the announced winner, despite being in an established ruling party, got just over 8million votes, it's an extremely flawed narrative to term that as "beaten silly". Secondly, you just buttressed the points I tried to make. The biggest factor working against Obi is his tribe. The majority of people who reject him from the north, and south-west are against him not because of character, antecedents or perceived capacity; they just cant stand his tribe and the tribe of the majority of his supporters both on and offline. With Obi's currently known antecedents, personality, integrity and widespread popularity, if he were to have been from the north or middlebelt or even the south-west, Tinubu wouldn't even bother recontesting in 2027. |

obailala:Yeah, it's his tribe that makes him not as popular as Tinubu or Atiku. Is it tribe that makes Sowore or Amaechi or Garba not as popular as Atiku or Tinubu? Is it tribe that makes his party new and not popular or known to majority of voters? Is it tribe that makes his party not have enough representation in the wards to even monitor voting and later shout rigging? Is it tribe that makes him lose the Christian bloc vote that worked for him due to his previous islamization narrative? Is it tribe that will make the North not vote for a new southerner? You think North will vote for Donald Duke or Sowore in 2027? They'll either vote for a northerner or for Tinubu who has just 4 more years. That's why some were hoping for GEJ also. Obi has no personality or integrity, just a cult following of disillusioned folks who saw him as a messiah after fPMB's administration. We know what he did with pandora papers and SARS. We know what Obiano and Soludo have to say about him. None of the presidential candidates is convicted of any crime. They all have allegations including the one i mentioned about Obi.

Tareq1105:You are playing into the hands of Obidients with the bolded. Do you think those propping up Obi as solution to all our problems don’t know he has absolutely nothing to offer? Their aim is simply to have a president from their own part of the country and nothing else. Whatever happens afterwards no concern them, their aim has been achieved. Do you seriously believe someone who said Obi shouldn’t have anything to do with governance back in 2012, only to turn around in 2022 to say he’s the best governor in history of Nigeria, will feel any remorse seeing Obi get exposed for his incompetence should he by any means become president? You go shock ![]() |

givedemwotowoto:Did he work for the people by having doctors on strike for 13 months and making them pay tolls for roads? The more one examines Obi's records, the more he seems a twin of demonic Tinubu and his lootocracy Lagos tax master plan that has been upgraded to Abuja by the master strategist of Nigerian politics who is however clueless about governance. Enough with the pretenders. Out with the scammers. anonimi:

anonimi:Yes he absolutely did. He started reforms that will benefit the people, and the powers that be in the health sector went on strike to bully him but he refused to give in to bullying. After the strike was over and he continued with reforms, what happened? Anambra ranked Number 1 as the most efficient healthcare system in Nigeria |

Image123:First of all, the Pandora argument is nonsense! There was absolutely no crime committed and neither was there any breach of ethics by Obi in not declaring that his wife or kids had foreign bank accounts as far back as in 1996. His wife and kids were not the ones contesting for election in 2003 (Obi declared his own accounts). If after almost a decade of aggressive scrutiny, the only case you guys can conjure and still latch onto as your brilliant evidence that Obi is "also corrupt like the other politicians you adore", then that is sure proof that Obi is a saint when it comes to past and present African leaders. Do you even have a clue what the Pandora case on Obi was really about? or you just want to join the bandwagon? Then the Akwuzu SARS issue - every adult Nigerian is aware of how criminally brutal the Nigerian police and other armed forces can be. But then again, I never knew Obi was once a policeman and neither did I know Obi was the IG of police or the C-in-C of Nigeria who commands the police. Again, in your desperation to disparage Obi, how ridiculously clueless can you and your ilk get that of all the leaders in Nigeria, it is Obi you want to blame for police brutality. Now back to the main argument, without the political capital of an established political party, Obi was able to do wonders in the last election and in the last 3 years, his name has been on the lips of every politician. A quick survey of the people opposed to his candidature from the north and even the SW proves the same thing, his tribe is the key factor working against his acceptance. |

Mansa6:Let's assume you were there as you claimed, you actually just confirmed that Anambra had high insecurity before Peter Obi took over leadership. He went to work immediately, and soon after, the results became obvious. Here is the then IG of Police declaring Anambra the safest state in 5 years under Peter Obi: https://thenationonlineng.net/ig-declares-anambra-safest-since-five-years/ |

givedemwotowoto:Oga... That's optics... You were obviously too young to understand at the time.. And let even agree that Anambra was the safest state in West Africa under a Peter Obi,how does that help his chance in the 2027 presidential elections? |
| Re: Governor Peter Obi's Tough Response To Kidnapping In Anambra (Throwback Video) by Mrexcell(m): 8:49pm On Jun 18 |
Nackzy:No need of doubting him the insecurity has eaten too deep into the nigerian society that tackling it with full military might might further take ethnic or religious dimension which evil nigerian politicians might take advantage of. The numbers of northern youths that's into kidnapping and banditry is just too much i don't think it's wise using nigeria's full military might to eliminate all of them at once. |

obailala: dreamer, dreamer, the same obi with no known achievement in tiny Anambala? He was not even among the best top 5 performing governors during his time we had the like of fashola in Lagos, ameachi in rivers and akpabio in Akwa ibom but because of the desperation of you clowns to be president , you want to foist a failure and a well packaged fraud on us, but majority of Nigerian saw through that deceit and rejected him and come 2027, we will still be rejected ![]()
