The oath won't mean a thing nor stand in court when the time comes to run away to a more favourable party after the election. That is, if their candidates win any elective offices.

That is understandable. Obi and Kwankwoso are only accepted into NDC to boost the party's popularity and publicity. In a mutual benefit, the party really needs that popularity at this time as much as Obi/Kwankwoso also need to be on the presidential ballot. NDC knows Obi and Kwankwoso are not their own, and that they are in, only for a temporary collaboration/business that will most likely end after 2027 elections.

I said it not long after the 2023 elections that Pete Obi will run in 2027 under a different party. I am saying it again, Peter Obí will not be in NDC by the time 2031 comes round.
