United States Vice President JD Vance has been defending the memorandum of understanding to end the US-Israeli war with Iran, responding to criticism of the deal from members of the opposing Democratic Party and Republicans alike.

But speaking during an interview with The New York Times published on Thursday, the day after US President Donald Trump and Iranian President Pezeshkian inked the MoU, Vance reserved some of his harshest criticism for Israel, whose leaders have continually pushed Washington to continue the war.

“And I guess my response to them would be: What is your exact proposal? You’re a country of nine million people. You can’t just kill your way out of solving every single national security problem that you have,” he said.

He called on Israel to let negotiations play out, and to “give a little bit of credit to the United States of America, which I think has been an incredible partner for the Israeli government for a long time”.

His statement was the latest instance of the Trump administration taking an atypically harsh approach – at least rhetorically – towards Israel, whose ongoing occupation of and military operations in southern Lebanon have repeatedly threatened to derail a more lasting agreement to end the war with Iran.

In recent days, Trump has criticised Israel’s rules of engagement, which war monitors have long said lead to high civilian casualties, while calling for restraint in its war with Hezbollah

I hope this serve as an eye opener to other nations. America only acts in their own self-interest. Because their oil reserve was about to be totally depleted, gas price was becoming unbearable, and mid-term election is coming up in November, they abandoned the war and threw Israel under the bus. JD should understand that Israel isn't Nigeria that will smile at bandits and terrorists, they understand the principle of an eye for an eye and that's to me is better than offering those blood thirsty and marauding beings relief packages, rehabilitation and the integration back to the same society they wreck havoc on.

They can have peace only when there is justice.
An Israeli settler that assault and severely injured Palestinians in West Bank will go scot free, but a Palestinian who is defending himself from such animal settlers will be arrested and tortured, and this is happening on daily basis but it is under reported.
Where is justice in that, and they want the rest of the world to love them.

Who exactly is the terrorist?

Iran hates the US for all the right reasons. Read up on history. Infact, Iran will not be a concern to US no matter the number of people they might claim to have killed if they do not have oil.

US bombed Iranian civilian plane and never apologized for it, this was decades before 9/11. This was never called terrorism.

Also, see the history of Hezbollah and find out why they were formed. They had all the right intentions. They have every opportunity to complete collapse the Lebanese government but they did not.

Then ask yourself again, who is the terrorist?.
