TemporaryHansel:Netanyahu has not been picked up because he enjoys the support of US, Putin has not been picked up because he is Putin and president of Russia Any small countrys leader can be picked up anytime, didnt you see Maduro, or read about Agusto Pinochet or Manuel Noriega of Panama they went into their country and picked them up |

BlueRayDick:Those terrorists are civilians infact innocent civilians until a court of law proves them guilty, that is what justice at least western justice system goes by and what they will tell you Those 15yr olds terrorists carrying guns and killing are minors under internaltional laws So those FG bombings of the terrorists and the 15yr olds can be interpreted to anything unfavorable under international laws |

izzou:For the avoidance of doubt I watched the Peter Obi interview and quote him verbatim when asked if he will negotiate with terrorists... "I will negotiate with whoever wants peace, whoever does not want peace will get war..." The idea that this means he will negotiate with terrorists is far from the truth and was pushed out by APC miscreants |

GloriousGbola:Has anyone been executed in the past 20 years? He will just be kept on parole until some lunatic president or governor grants him pardon just as Tinubu did some months ago |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by PDPGuy: 6:17am On Jun 21 |
Looks like state police will become constitutional in about a month or two.. In that case, the RRS may be completely taken over by the Lagos state government |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 8:04am On Jun 21 |
Spy360:The way you guys just want to be dancing on top this statement is weird. Okay, going by what Obi said; A Bandit leader in Katsina wants peace, and the terms are plain; Give me my arms back, and return the corpses of my boys. So I'm guessing, Obi will negotiate abi? Make we dey play dey go. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 8:06am On Jun 21 |
PDPGuy:The Cons far outweigh the Pros I guess we will just enjoy it in its initial stages, until State governors hijack it as their personal property |

izzou:I hope the FG retains some level of control as a means to check the excesses of Governors. |

We have reached a point where teachers are now making TikTok videos with their students and some people are defending such rubbish. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 1:25pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:You've created an interpretation for what Obi said, and chosen to be angry over what it's possible he didn't intend the way you've taken it. People are unequivocal about the issue of negotiating with terror groups, it's a common rhetoric, one I'm sure you buy into. However, history shows that even with the US that made popular that rhetoric, there are times where they have to employ non-kinetic means, including negotiating with terrorists to resolve long drawn battles. What constitutes this negotiation and how it'd play out is another thing altogether. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 1:30pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:If there's no money backing it from the onset, there won't even be a beginnging to enjoy. I support state policing, but the issue of how it'd be financed is most important. States now get more Naira allocated, but in dollar terms still not much, and for a heavily dollar dependent country like ours, that's something to consider. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 2:29pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:I have always told you that you try to appear politically correct perhaps to gain appeal but it's making you sound less than you should be. The key words are peace and negotiation. For someone asking for arms, does that sound like peace? Even if it does to you,? (which is pitiable )then there is still the next step which is to negotiate the terms. A proper scenario should be a bandit leader asking to lay down his arms and get some form of amnesty or lesser punishment. The other option is war. Make we dey think properly and stop trying to appeal to people that hate you already |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 2:38pm On Jun 21 |
Spy360:You see why I said that you all just want to lie to yourselves, which obviously is okay. Except you want to publicly make sense out of it. I am showing you a real life situation. You left it, and went to paint a scenario in your head. Where did you see any Bandit dropping weapons for a lesser punishment? The Oyo victims are about to clock one month. Did you see anywhere where they asked for a lesser punishment? Obi said rubbish. Instead of distancing yourself from it, you came to look worse than the messenger himself See a live case scenario. Go and ask Obi what he will do in this situation, because e be like say you no wan think for yourself

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 2:40pm On Jun 21 |
Theflint1:Chief, anybody that puts negotiation for Bandits obviously has no plan or will to end it. A real life example is Katsina and Zamfara. What's more funnier is that if Tinubu has said this same thing on air, he would be roasted. I am sure you draw the line when repentant terrorists are absorbed back into the society, but nothing is wrong in negotiating with terrorists. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 2:45pm On Jun 21 |
Theflint1:The same funding will be channeled to the states. Benjamin Kalu also said that let the policemen from the states police the state: Let an Policeman from Ogun or Yoruba police their region since it's easy to understand them better. I think they have crafted it perfectly.. It now left for Governors and political parties to hijack it |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 2:47pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:Like Flint said, you painted a wrong interpretation in your head, exactly what APC miscreants wanted and you started twerking to their delight. The problem now is, you're too arrogant to change the stance even if it's been exposed to you. I asked a question, does someone who wants his arms back sound like he wants peace to you? If your answer is yes then you're right about Obi. But if it's no as it should then your interpretation of what Obi said is wrong. It's that simple. Come to think of it, you are expecting Obi to treat bandits the same way the government of Katsina is doing. Is that what you're saying? Happy Father's Day |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 2:51pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:Israel once negotiated with Hamas Trump for all he is worth is negotiating with Iran and Hezbollah right now Negotiation in all these cases does not mean yielding to their demands, it means giving them a softer punishment if they choose peace and lay down their arms. The other option is war. Theflint1 has tried his best to educate you, please understand. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 2:54pm On Jun 21 |
Spy360:So after Obi gave the interview, he called you to one corner to give the right interpretation? Which day we begin interpret for Obi? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 2:55pm On Jun 21 |
https://dailypost.ng/2026/06/21/2027-more-trouble-for-tinubu-as-group-reopens-chicago-varsity-certificate-saga/ This group should know that the useless NASS has passed the law that certificate forgery can no longer be used as a basis to disqualify a candidate. Raumdeuter and Airmark can celebrate |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 2:57pm On Jun 21 |
Spy360:Then why not just give war and end it once and for all? 1st option: Softer punishment ![]() You guys should do a stand up night once in a while. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 2:58pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:When I first read the statement renovated by APC miscreants, I was taken aback and posted that it's a red flag. But as I always do, I decided to listen to the interview myself and it was all totally different meaning. So now I encourage you to look for that part of the interview from the question asked and the response, you will get the clearer meaning. The confusion is caused and promoted by APC miscreants on this thread. They know themselves |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 2:59pm On Jun 21 |
Spy360:But your Number 1 APC miscreant (Raumdeuter) supports Obi on this. Did you also factor that, or it flew over your head? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 3:00pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:War is expensive. And you don't go to war with someone who is already willing to surrender. Besides, even judges in court temper justice with mercy for those who have pleaded guilty. This is a fair and just approach. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 3:03pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:He supports Obi on the wrong interpretation he gave. His support is tricky, to rope you into fighting Obi and laughing at your back. He also knows that his APC government is twerking for bandits and terrorists and wants it to seem OK. Even if within his conscience he knows it's wrong. You have a just mind and that's why you're against the idea. I appreciate and respect you for this. That is why I am making the effort to clear that wrong interpretation from your mind. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 3:07pm On Jun 21 |
Spy360:Temper justice with mercy for someone who beheaded a man and recorded it for all to see? Well, let me not bore this thread with back and forth. If Obi's strategy to end insecurity in Nigeria has room for negotiations, he is not serious about it. Na my opinion be that! We can simply wait for another John the Baptist with balls. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 3:29pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:I don't know if you understand the word negotiate. It doesn't mean fall down and lick their feet. It means you're willing to listen to whatever plea someone has to present. Whether you accept or not is another step. Even if you catch a terrorist red handed, he will still need to be tried in court. What exactly do you expect Obi to do especially if a bandit leader surrenders to the authorities? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by PDPGuy: 3:29pm On Jun 21 |
izzou:Yes, there is the danger of the state police force being turned into the governors’ personal militia. But the bill contains some important safeguards to prevent/minimize such an abuse of power. Essentially, the state commissioner of police would be appointed by the governor, subject to the confirmation by the state house of assembly. Even the selection/nomination of the state CP won’t be made by the governor alone; a police board comprising civil society leaders, the NBA and traditional rulers, will also have their input on who becomes the State CP. Additionally, the federal government would also have to certify that a state police force meets the minimum federal requirements for certification. |

If Obi says eating from dustbins is healthy, Spy360 will point at madmen that live long, to defend the statement. That’s how one knows that their movement is a big scam. |
