You cannot be sending money into Lagos and sending people out of Lagos. It doesn't work that way. The 15 trillion naira Lagos coastal road awarded to Chargoury, the 2 trillion naira tin can ports contract awarded to Chargoury and several other projects secured via loans will be repaid by all Nigerians and not Lagosians alone. People will always follow the money. You cannot cleverly attempt to attribute Fashola's achievements to Tinubu. Tinubu wanted him gone after his first term in office.
