I don't understand Nigerians. They minute you see someone pass out, you engage DR ABC and begin resuscitation and medical help, but no, recording the lady and creating content. Life means nothing. Everybody looking and just acing ignorantly.

When Carlton Weekly was shot in Chicago, he died due to heavy wounds and slow response which family confirmed that he could have made it. CPR or whatever did not even get administered but wannabe’s won’t point that out. Their country is always the target.

The person is not typing rubbish, CPR has saved alot of lives and most juridisction in western world, It is taught in schools and they have what is called "Good Samaritan" laws that shielded people from been liable when offering such help, this is something modern society should adapt to as anybody can be victim of heart attack etc not minding the factors you mentioned as some of these is genetics too

I blame the government and those in authority for this act, many are in the prisons because they tried to help someone in need who eventually died in the act.

Even when it's obvious that you are trying to help and innocent.our law enforcement agency will never release you even if they do,they will definitely milk you dry.
