If you understand technical analysis of the stock market, you will realize that it's just market manipulations. Some institutions are selling their stock thereby causing a drop in price. Same institutions will buy back at a lower price and the market will become bearish.

Summary: Elon will recover his money back.
When they buy back, the market becomes bullish.

As long as there’s no fundamental unrecoverable problem with SpaceX, this is probably the time to buy

How stock works in a very simple overview is, let’s say a company wants to sell shares for $1 per share.

Before they go public, they first of all sell to private investors at let’s say 50 cents. They may even do multiple private rounds at different prices.

When the shares finally go public at $1, that’s when you and I (the ordinary people) buy.

After the public sales, initial investors sell off their shares. If you bought at 50 cents, you’ve automatically made 100% profit.

Once they sell off, the prices drop like you see now. That’s when some ignorant folks start selling at a loss out of panic, thinking there’s a problem.

Funny thing is, if it drops by 50%, the same investors who sold off will buy again. When it starts rising again as they’re buying, some of us will jump back in again due to FOMO, then they sell off again, and the cycle continues.

I explained this in the simplest form without boring you with technical jargons.

Read financial news sites to learn how stock work. The first investors wont be able to pump and dump and pump again, their investment is luck until months 6(six) that's when they'll be able to sell their stock. It's a commitment, not your gambling thoughts, us stock doesn't work as your gambling mindset thought.

Well, you have every right to think that way; I can't blame you. But the reality is that you can't talk as if he has nothing to fear. A loss is a loss, regardless of how wealthy someone is. So, just because he's a trillionaire, does that mean losing $350 billion is nothing?

SpaceX is a vibes company. The company has actually nothing on ground worth that valuation. Yes, it has mastered reusable rockets but the goals of the company as at present are what our current technology can't make available. Starship appears to have some promise but there are major kinks to be worked out.

Starlink and its target for global internet coverage appears a lofty goal.
One Elon is good at is proving doubters wrong. He did it with Tesla now everyone is making electric cars even rolls royce and benz.

2ndly Spacex has been a private company for years and successful way b4 trump came into office.

Elon specialiies in lofty and impossible goals.

Exactly 💯🎯

Watch as the Imbalances left behind by the sold off , got refilled and investors reclaimed their position in the very near future ....

You are smart.
The problem with Spacex is that the value at public offer was seen to be grossly over-exaggerated to almost over 75X the company's revenue profile.
SpaceX is not making profits, so is X (twitter) , t SolarCity is also loosing money with only Starlink making some money.
The IPO just helped his private investor friends to cash out at the expense of the rest while the market forces decide rhe true value of the shares in the companies that are essentially loosing money today

If only it was this simple

1. The Rich get inside information to buy or sell so they cant lose.

2. They have super computers and can trade faster than you..so they can buy and sell massively before your small trades goes through.

3. Yes, some are allowed to buy before it goes public...again inside information ..who you know and what you know.

Stock Market is not a game for poor and average people. Don't be fooled. It is best you use your small money to invest in real estate jejeli until you have enough to play with the Big Boys.

At the bolded, this is what happens in an unconventional and unregulated trades like crypto, but in stock and other regulated trades, companies use certain business structure models to prevent unreasonable selling of shares.

Don’t forget one of the purposes for issuing private placement is to facilitate a project for the company, and if after investors have contributed towards the project only to take it back after the launch of an IPO. That would be counterintuitive. Because practically if they are allowed to do this , where would the company see money to complete the project they plan on using the money gotten from the private placement and IPO from ?
