My wife say saw the bag on her page and messaged her if the bag is still available to which she responded that it's available. My wife paid for the bag Immediately and after some hours she came back to my wife and said that the bag is no longer available. She promised to refund my wife but it's been almost one month now no refund. She kept on putting my wife on "is coming ".

The amount of money involved is 110k.

If you don't know or want to do the right thing, please do not involve our attention

Give the vendor another one week opportunity, after then start posting about his fake business on social media.

The person will have to pay extra because you can take those post down

Let the vendor pick between the continuity of his business or lose all for one transaction.

Also update us after a week if the funds haven't be refunded, his case will pass refunding

buy d time d vendor spends on defense and ends up losing, their eye go clear.
The case go be Commisioner of Police (of your state) vs the Vendor.
after that sue for damages in d same court for time wasted and money spent.

Very simple, get a screenshot of your communication with him, get your transaction receipt, a write letter to your bank and the bank the money was paid in lnto, write to their customer care telling them how it happened send them the details and they will not waste time, they will place his account on post no debit(PND).
Also Write to CBN, he will refund you before the restriction will be lifted, am speaking from experience mine was 95k and I got my money back.
