Yeah, they sent me an email to that effect. I've submitted my Nigerian Bank details, it's still undergoing verification though. I'll update when it's verified.

But Nigeria bank account is not among the list of banks they accept

Not anymore. I just linked my Nigerian naira bank account and it was verified by them and approved. I'm no longer using Grey. They are now rejecting Grey and the likes.

You can also use your Nigerian Dom account

You mean you can link your Nigerian u.s dom account directly to kdp? No need for grey and the likes?
