helinues:that is the business of your state governor. Nigeria cannot afford to wait because of some useless governors. As a matter of fact is not compulsory that a state must set up it State police if the state doesn't have the resources to or prefer bandits than security. |

Juliette5803:Exactly my thought. State Government might turn the state police to their political tools against opposition. Political oppression will likely grow. |

blackgold2018:In your attempt to attack the president, you ended up not making sense ![]() Why not call on the states house of assembly to expedite their own work on the bill but no, it's Tinubu you want to attack ![]() The governors already have more funds they've not been putting into good use in the last three years. The governors already have unaccounted funds known as SECURITY VOTES that they've not put into good use. Call your governors to wake up and start working. |

Juliette5803:Have they not been using them from time immemorial? I've seen a video in which police were thumb printing on ballot papers serially inside a room. I've also seen where the police snatched ballot boxes. I would say with the state police in place, everybody would recognise one another and to misbehave go dey scarce. Unlike when a dpo who aided crime or committed electoral fraud would be transferred to another state in order to skip justice. In the case of state police, he goes nowhere. |
