They may punish the students in some other ways, but only the west African examination council have the right to withhold their results.

I don't know of WAEC, they should just hold their certificate (until they are punished or "rehabilitated".

the law is not emotional, due process must be followed, two wrongs cannot make a right.

Upon all, most ( if not all) of them would fail. They'll end up learning work.

They won't get WAEC certificate from their schools for misconduct. The school and not WAEC gives out the certificate. They can only print statement of result from the internet.

But in Nigeria, the rot starts from the top. If drug dealing records cannot speak against the top position of the land, trust me, your sins doesn't matter so long as you belong to the right camp.

Is it not a camp that passed a law that forgery is no longer a criterion for election disqualification? Will the same camp not overlook all these misdemeanors from these innocent ones if they belong to their camp?
