That's why Libya under ghaddafi fell so easily. Ghaddafi used the oil money to give his people the good life and forgot to build up the productive capacity . All his weapons and planes were bought from abroad or built with foreign help.

Since price dropped in international market, fuel stations have refused to bring down pump prices, and they are claiming they need to sell off old stocks. Let the prices go up now, they will increase immediately now minding it is old stocks.

This rubbish is what you get when there are no price regulatory bodies.
