Several members of the security team of Yoruba nation agitator Sunday Adeyemo were reportedly injured after suspected bandits ambushed them in a forest in Oyo State.

The attack reportedly occurred during a security operation in the forest, where the gunmen opened fire on Igboho’s security operatives, leading to a fierce exchange of gunfire.

Sources said several members of the security team sustained varying degrees of injuries during the ambush, while the attackers fled into the forest after the confrontation.
