How Would You Justify The Following Extravagant Spendings Under Tinubu's Government: 1. 21 Billion Naira To Renovate The Vice President House. No like they bought new kidneys or anything...for a house already functional. Done with public funds. 2. 70 Billion Naira To The National Assembly Members To Buy SUVs At The Cost 160 Million Naira Per One For Senators And House Of Representatives Members Specifically. To buy silence is every expensive. 3. 4 Billion Naira To Renovate Dodan Barrack Lagos Another 3 Billion Naira To Renovate Aguda House 4. 5 Billion Naira Was Given To Presidential Tax Reforms Committee Of Less Than Twenty People Headed By Taiwo Oyedele With Nothing To Show For It 6. 1.5 Billion Naira To Purchase Cars For Your Wife Senator Oluremi Tinubu Despite The Fact That First Lady Office Is Not Recognised By Our Constitution. Public funds they will later come around and claim they donated. 7. 300% Salary Increase For The Judges Which Was Speedily Passed By The Insensitive And Irresponsible Senators. The law has been bought. 8. 5 Billion Naira Was Budgeted For Presidential Fleet Of Cars For President Bola Ahmad Tinubu. I mean for someone who already has over 40 cars following him already. 9. 5 Billion equally budgeted for Presidential Yatch. The commonwealth is now a personal wealth. 10. 225 Billion naira spent on so-called Presidential Jet Festus Keyamo compensated. 11. 90 Billion naira spent on 2024 Hajj pilgrimage . Religion is a personal business. This is extravagant and irrelevant. 12. Billions of Naira Was Budgeted For Trips Including The Vice President Kashim Shettima To The Detriment Of The Citizens 13. Every Senator Is Paid 21 Million Naira Monthly 14. House Of Representatives Are Earning 13.5 Million Monthly All The Increment Was Done By Tinubu's Government 15. 15 Trillion Naira Lagos Calabar Coastal Road Was Awarded Illegally To Tinubu's Friend A Lebanese Gilbert Chagoury Who Was Repatriated Back To His Country By The Former President Obasanjo. I mean "awarded." No bids. 16. Billions lavished to lobbyist to romance against the Christian genocide. 17. How about the crazy number of ministers doing nothing? Nigeria is a rich country. But ruled by the worst. Argue with yourself. |

And yet, we never sees 'Made in those countries' industrial products in largest Africa market Nigeria. I don't trust this rating at all Nigeria is a big country with most populated in Africa, industry in Lagos, PH and Warri alone may surpass majority of countries listed above. Dangote and Bua groups are more than 10 industries in some countries. |

When i tell Nigerians that Nigeria is the worst country in Africa they think I'm exaggerating. Keep voting in people who have no plans. People who are not even confident enough to take questions from the media or attend a debate simply because they have nothing upstairs to offer. Other countries vote ideas, Nigeria has continued voting tribe. Keep going |

bigwig071:This is badadash. Your low position on this list didn't happen in three years. All this while we have assumed the position of rich nation without production. We were spoiled by petrodollar. All that we were doing was use petrodollar to import goods and luxury produced in other nations enjoy and live big. Now there's no more petrodollar. We have to do what we ought to have done in the period of abundance now that we are facing scarcity. That's why there are pains all over the place. If we postpone it then it will get worse. |

I have heard severally that South Africa is the most industrialized country in Africa.Does it mean that Morroco overtook SA? I think the data is in relation to population. After South Africa,Egypt,I don't think there is any nation more industrialized than Nigeria especially in West Africa. Nigeria has significantly more industries than Gabon,Kenya etc. While Gabon has a higher GDP per capita due to its oil wealth and small population, Nigeria’s sheer size and economic diversity make it the industrial powerhouse of West Africa. Key differences in their industrial sectors include...size and scale. Nigeria is one of the top two industrialized nations in Africa (along with Egypt and South Africa) with an industrial production value in the tens of billions of dollars. Gabon’s industrial sector is much smaller by volume, heavily concentrated on timber processing, manganese mining etc. Nigeria boasts a massive, deeply diversified manufacturing sector. Nigeria produces everything from cement, textiles, food and beverages to pharmaceuticals, automobiles, and technology. Gabon’s manufacturing sector remains largely underdeveloped, contributing less than 10% of its GDP, as it relies heavily on importing manufactured goods. As per Oil and Gas,both nations rely on petroleum. Nigeria not only extracts crude oil, but it also has a much broader supply chain involving petrochemicals and extensive domestic refining. Gabon is expanding its Natural Gas sector and refining capacity, but its overall volume and industry scope are a fraction of Nigeria’s. |

I don't believe this list. There's no way Mauritius is more industrialised than Nigeria. Infact from 4 to 10. Except if they are using a capita basis which is not a fair measure in this case. |

| Re: Top 10 Most Industrialised Countries In Africa by BlackViper(op): 3:41pm On Jun 26 |
Most of the sardines you eat in Nigeria come from Morocco. They also produce a lot of wheat. They have a huge agricultural and fishing economy. Also, being industrialised doesn't just mean home grown industries. It also refers to huge multinational companies setting up industrial plants in your country. Most of the major automotive industries in the world have assembly lines and factories in South Africa and North Africa. In Nigeria all they are willing to do is put up one or two show rooms in Lagos and Port Harcourt. They won't set up factories in Nigeria because Nigeria doesn't provide a conducive environment for doing business. yemmit90:
