Unless Tinubu will end up using court orders to declare himself re-elected, he has no pathway to re-election via the ballots. All I see is fear and carwardice. |

While on appeal, INEC reserves the right to remove the NDC particulars from its website as the new judgement aligns with its stand that NDC never met requirements for registration. It was the court that arm twisted INEC to accept NDC but that same court has now corrected itself. So unless the NDC can get a stay of execution at the appeal court, INEC should quickly delist that hopeless party from its setup. |

Demented Peter Obi used to ask one stupid question when he was governor Is Anambra cursed or are we the cause? Little did we know that history will unveil him as the person who is actually cursed. See how he is messing up any party he joins with his cursed presence

You don't want PDP on the ballot You don't want to see ADC on the ballot You don't want to see NDC on the Ballot Please can anyone explain to me in simple English why INEC need close to 900billion for 2027 elections?! Shouldn't we all just rest, use the money for something else, let them just announce the coronation.. what s the need of spending all that money ?!🤔🤔 |

I’m glad they have decided to appeal the decision, that’s the right thing to do. INEC registered NDC based on the decision of justice Isa Dashen of the Loloja Federal high court. The sane judge has set aside the judgement. Even though I’m a bit confused as to the powers of a high court judge to set aside or withdraw his own judgment, nonetheless, it is a decision of the court and it must be obeyed. Since nobody insulted the judge when he gave the judgment that curiously favored NDC, no one should insult the court now that he has given a judgement that is not favorable to them. Hopefully, the Appeal Court will provide clarity once they hear the case. Till then, all parties must maintain status quo before the December, 2025 judgement. |

There's definitely no locus standi. Even if you give PMP the approval for the "Victory symbol", they are neither a registered political party, nor participating in the upcoming election. There's no clash of interest here. ...and no basis for NDC to suffer a consequent loss to any effect. Well, let's not worry about it. It's not LEGALLY and ILLEGALLY possible that Peter Obi will not be on the ballot. It is said, that: Before a dog dies carelessly, it first loses it's sense of smell. |
