And yet, we never sees 'Made in those countries' industrial products in largest Africa market Nigeria. I don't trust this rating at all

Nigeria is a big country with most populated in Africa, industry in Lagos, PH and Warri alone may surpass majority of countries listed above. Dangote and Bua groups are more than 10 industries in some countries.
Una too dey assume. Morocco exports a lot of finished products to Europe. We are mainly raw material exporting country baba. Industrialization is about finished products. Most of those countries listed there export finished goods to many other countries. Nigeria cant even meet her local needs. The rating is from pure stats, not sentiment or assumptions.

This so called Statisense data or report shouldn't be taken serious.
I mean majority of their reports are not real.

Industries in Kano alone are many, before i start mentioning Lagos, Ogun, Anambra, Abia, Kaduna, Nasarawa etc.
At least every states in Nigeria have a minimum of at least 3-5 working/running industries.
If you are well travel within Nigeria you will know that the report is a waste and useless

Dear Nairaland MOD you can do better.

How Would You Justify The Following Extravagant Spendings Under Tinubu's Government:

1. 21 Billion Naira To Renovate The Vice President House. No like they bought new kidneys or anything...for a house already functional. Done with public funds.

2. 70 Billion Naira To The National Assembly Members To Buy SUVs At The Cost 160 Million Naira Per One For Senators And House Of Representatives Members Specifically. To buy silence is every expensive.

3. 4 Billion Naira To Renovate Dodan Barrack Lagos Another 3 Billion Naira To Renovate Aguda House

4. 5 Billion Naira Was Given To Presidential Tax Reforms Committee Of Less Than Twenty People Headed By Taiwo Oyedele With Nothing To Show For It

6. 1.5 Billion Naira To Purchase Cars For Your Wife Senator Oluremi Tinubu Despite The Fact That First Lady Office Is Not Recognised By Our Constitution. Public funds they will later come around and claim they donated.

7. 300% Salary Increase For The Judges Which Was Speedily Passed By The Insensitive And Irresponsible Senators. The law has been bought.

8. 5 Billion Naira Was Budgeted For Presidential Fleet Of Cars For President Bola Ahmad Tinubu. I mean for someone who already has over 40 cars following him already.

9. 5 Billion equally budgeted for Presidential Yatch. The commonwealth is now a personal wealth.

10. 225 Billion naira spent on so-called Presidential Jet Festus Keyamo compensated.

11. 90 Billion naira spent on 2024 Hajj pilgrimage . Religion is a personal business. This is extravagant and irrelevant.

12. Billions of Naira Was Budgeted For Trips Including The Vice President Kashim Shettima To The Detriment Of The Citizens

13. Every Senator Is Paid 21 Million Naira Monthly

14. House Of Representatives Are Earning 13.5 Million Monthly All The Increment Was Done By Tinubu's Government

15. 15 Trillion Naira Lagos Calabar Coastal Road Was Awarded Illegally To Tinubu's Friend A Lebanese Gilbert Chagoury Who Was Repatriated Back To His Country By The Former President Obasanjo. I mean "awarded." No bids.

16. Billions lavished to lobbyist to romance against the Christian genocide.

17. How about the crazy number of ministers doing nothing?

There's nothing in Warri ,it's a dry town .. majority of the youths are either into yahoo or drive Keke
People just don't know that we're in soup in 9ja. As a kid is South South, we had printing press, candle factories, food processing plants, especially rice and palm oil, rubber latex processing for export, large farms, toilet paper factories, etc. SMEs owned by common individuals/families. They employed a lot of people. Mind you we were kpata kpata 60 million people at most then. 250 million now, and fewer factories.
We saw how before our eyes, those famous companies at Ojo in Lagos closed one after the other.
Most people disagreeing have never been to Morocco. They are doing well. Casa and Rabat today are like Spanish cities around 1995. Already very organised. These are what I can compare with from my memory.
Re: Top 10 Most Industrialised Countries In Africa by ovie8200: 4:56pm On Jun 26
The problem is that the north part has no business and no one is investing in there. The southern Nigeria has be the only place that has industries and carrying the heavey weight of the entire country. The south needs to break away underwise, the north will continue to drag the southward.

When i tell Nigerians that Nigeria is the worst country in Africa they think I'm exaggerating.

Keep voting in people who have no plans. People who are not even confident enough to take questions from the media or attend a debate simply because they have nothing upstairs to offer.

Other countries vote ideas, Nigeria has continued voting tribe.

Keep going
If I vote you, would you perform better than any of the president we have had.

Are we sure you haven't bribed your way in one way or the other.
Are we sure you don't tell lies
Are we sure you won't put all your relatives in key positions if elected.

Any Nigerian who would say No to that, probably did not grow up within the country or was raised by good parents.

Our society has produced the same crop of leaders, which tells us there something fundamentally wrong with the mindset of an average Nigerian.

Until the change comes from us, we have no moral justification to judge our leaders.

If you think religion is still your problem, go to India and china, where Buddhism and Hinduism is a national religion.
Indians have more shrines in ever street than there are churches and mosques combined in Nigeria.

what do you mean by dependency? can a nation be more religious than, the middle and far east, yet they are developing rapidly.
Go again and find what the problem of Nigeria is,
If you think it's religion,
I repeat, you're not very smart..

Or can you be more religious than the Jews who are great scientists/nventors and business men.

dependecy in term of innovation, as if you turn blind see your G.O using prayers to solve ailment that needs medication, do such happens in India or you just want to input to feel relevant,Nigeria problem is not even political class but religion, when you read about what we call mental poisoning, well i dont need to link u up with that cos you not a Philosophical student or rosicruz,if u have come across it,you will understand that is easy to conquer man's sub conscious ,with doctrin religion dogmas and that's y the white succeed in west africa mostly Nigeria nd Ghana,so let stop all this rubbish, a man build a church capacity of 100k the another cl0wn is busy competing it with 120k, as religious Saudi is the are embracing entertainment which in football industry, did u heard the build 100k mosque capacity rather stadiums, and how many Chinese shrine or Indian shrine has such capacity, now y waste such fund on that that impacting life and innovating, research and others, oga I no wan drag matters with you cos you demote my intellectual with such reasoning

religion is one tool that can be use to trigger irrational behaviour in human, because it kills one's conscience believing that for everything u do you must be forgive rather than reap or have ur karmic effect, man fails to acknowledge natural and universal laws knowing every action have reprisal affect but religion we change one mental reason to see it as nothing bad nd ur sin will be forgiving, which we having no accountability for action, definitely if we all are awaken , even the politicians won't even behave anyhow knowing morals and ethics and conduct, now come to our discourse, africa have focus on religion that one believe that you can only be develop and innovative just with miracle and fasting, a pregnant woman who is under labour and need a CS will be advise by her pastor to use prayer that she gone deliver like the Hebrew, maybe if luck run on it the say is the prayer, forgetting is just out of mercy of the creator, so why such impact on Africa , same banditry some are caused by religion who claim to be jihad, so y such impact, we have a long way to go as african

I'm a Christian but not in any way stupid, and yes I give well to churches. Again go and research on how many idols/gods Indians worship.
Separate religion from the development of any country. It has nothing to do with it. Only a fool would believe that, and you, my friend are not a fool.🙏

but do we see Indians have 100k capacity shrine, do we see saudi radicalize there religion more like allowing jihadist to fight for Allah in there country to get converts, nobody is talking about idols or number of carve image but why should we as citizens have dependency on religion, am a Christian too but spiritual, I understand all this countries listed above don't have high concentration of religious believers rather like minds that love innovation that's why even individuals sees potential in there countries to invest, though some industries are owned by Government, but here our potential nd focus is building big churches to loot the gullible
