The air-conditioning is good, just needs to be toped gas, why didn't he top it before presenting for sell?
When buying toks, better consider slight accidented ones.
Non accidented cannot be cheap, why did they sold it out? The problem might be inside

Before visiting a dealer, have a shortlist of cars you've done extensive research on. Research the particularities of the model, recurring issues, recall issues, cost of servicing, required fuel type, tyre grade, etc. before doing any of the above.

If you're looking to purchase a salvage vehicle, which should be your last resort, make sure there's no major chassis damage, otherwise the safety and integrity of the car is compromised. Always request the VIN and do a proper lookup, as many of these dealers are known to sell salvage as clean title, roll back the odometer, and forge vehicle history.

Let me share my car scam experience. In 2017, I needed a black sedan and I checked online for something and saw a chap selling a 406 Peugeot 406. What struck me was the price at just 550k naira. I called the attached number and the chap confirmed the price. I asked him to bring it to my location the following day but he said he needed money for 'fuel'. I sent him 20k naira and he called some minutes later after I had already told him that I sent it, and asked for evidence. I sent him the screenshot of the payment receipt. He thanked me and asured me he's bring it the following morning.

That morning, I called (or he did) and told me that they had an issue, that they needed some money to settle customs. I realized that was a scam. I told him I won't be sending any more money, that he could use the one I already sent for petrol for Christmas for his family. He tried persuading me but I cut the call. I did somje checks on Jiji, the platform where I saw the ad and dis some reverse search for his number and saw that it was linked to some reported scams.

Sometime around noon, I got an alert on my phone. It was a payment reversal alert. In fact, he never got the payment. Talk about a coincidence.
You were really blessed to have that transfer reversed. Never make such mistake again.

Uncover accident history: A VIN history report can reveal if the vehicle has been involved in major or minor accidents.
Verify ownership records: See how many previous owners the vehicle has had and identify unusual ownership patterns.
Detect title issues: Check for salvage, rebuilt, flood, or junk titles that may affect the car's value and safety.
Confirm mileage: VIN history can help identify potential odometer rollback or mileage inconsistencies.
Check for theft records: Find out if the vehicle has ever been reported stolen.
Review maintenance and service history: Some reports include documented service and repair records, giving insight into how well the car was maintained.
Identify recalls: Learn whether the vehicle has outstanding safety recalls that need to be addressed.
Avoid costly surprises: Knowing a vehicle's history can help you negotiate a fair price or avoid buying a problematic car altogether.

Some websites where you can check a vehicle's VIN history include:
