⚡Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir:

The agreement with Lebanon is a big mistake.

I appealed to the Prime Minister this evening to hold a vote in the cabinet, and I've been fighting against this agreement for weeks.

Yes, we are staying in most of the territory for now — but the State of Lebanon will not disarm Hezbollah.

Hezbollah ministers sit in the Lebanese government, and Lebanon cannot be trusted to take away Hezbollah's weapons. I will demand a vote in the cabinet.

Only IDF soldiers will destroy Hezbollah — no one else will do it for us.

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 🇷🇺🇺🇦Russia reportedly launches ICBM strike against strategic industrial zone in Dnipro

Ukraine's Air Force has issued an emergency statement claiming that Russia has dramatically escalated its latest missile campaign by launching an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) from Russia's Astrakhan region toward the city of Dnipro.

According to Ukrainian officials, the missile targeted strategic industrial facilities and manufacturing sites in the city, triggering large fires and causing significant damage across the industrial area. Preliminary reports indicate that at least two civilians were seriously injured in the attack.

In the same wave of strikes, Russia also reportedly launched Kh-47M2 Kinzhal hypersonic missiles from MiG-31K aircraft, along with seven Kh-101 cruise missiles aimed at Ukrainian infrastructure targets.

If confirmed, the use of an ICBM in a conventional strike would represent one of the most significant escalations of the war to date, highlighting Moscow's continued willingness to employ increasingly advanced weapon systems in its long-range campaign against Ukraine.

Emergency services remain on the scene as authorities continue to assess the full extent of the damage.

⚡Admiral Rob Bauer, former Chair of the NATO Military Committee on Europe’s energy dependency trap:

We found out when Putin closed the valves in 2022, we thought we had a contract with Gazprom, but we actually had a contract with Mr. Putin.

Now, the same will happen — and this is a prediction — when we go to green energy.

90% of what is produced with regard to raw materials for renewable energy is produced by China, and 60% of that is owned by China.

In 10 years' time we are using only renewable energy, and Xi does what Putin did in 2022 — we don't have light, we will not drive, we will not work, we will not have heating, nothing.

We have to stop being so naive... Prepare for war, then the chance of not having a war is going up.

hours ago, the mullahs sent a warning shot to the pezeshkian-ghalibaf-araghchi triumvirate

key points in their missive were

a. khamenei ii is the final authority
b. opening the strait while violations continue is a strategic mistake
c. khamenei ii order to exclude nuclear from negotiations must be adhered to (the reformists have ignored this order)]
d. officials must stop making statements that embolden the epstein 🤡🤡 (this is directed primarily at araghchi and pezeshkian)
d. failure by the negotiators/government to deliver on their promises to khamenei ii will carry a huge cost for them
e. the nightly pro-government rallies will continue and only khamenei ii can issue an order to stop them (this is directed at pezeshkian and co who have said the rallies will end after khamenei i funeral)

things will come to a head if this mou fails
much of the country is sick of the reformists
and khamenei ii is slowly pulling ranks of the several power bases in the country to get in line should a potential purge ensue

the bottom line is that the warning is going out
that there will be no repeat of the jcpoa experience
the neoliberals are not going to fritter away iran's leverage
then start giving excuses when the epstein 🤡🤡 predictably fail to fulfill their commitments
the country no go contain everybody

How pleasant to see european leaders lamenting like attention starved toddlers🥹.

These shallow-minded loonies were gleefully wagging tails behind America while imposing sanctions on Russia, ultimately forgetting that all their economies draw varying degrees of oxygen from the same country.

We spent months on this thread predictably analyzing how damaging those sanctions were rather going to be to europeans as opposed to the russies, but brainwashed nvbs here were busy frothing and gloating in their intelligence starved bubbles.

Now european leaders and think-tanks are scampering over themselves for microphones so they can wail about their self-imposed predicaments.

What's even more stupefyingly hilarious is that they're still carrying on with their macabre dance of mediocrity in the name of sanctioning Russia, while the America that led the unfortunate pack down this ignominious path has been flexibly easing sanctions on the same russia so their economy can at least find an extra breather.

I have never for the life of me, witnessed this quantum of perpetual idi*cy from people adjudged to be the best leadership brains in any continent's ten-year scorecard😂😭!

⚡Sixty-two of 86 members of Iran's Assembly of Experts signed a letter demanding negotiators respect Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei's red lines, calling any deviation a religious violation.

The statement insists nuclear rights are non-negotiable, the Strait of Hormuz must remain under Iranian control, all sanctions must be lifted, U.S. forces must leave the region, and compensation for war damages must be paid. It also demands revenge for the former Supreme Leader and calls for Trump and Netanyahu to face justice.

The assembly warned reopening the strait would be a strategic error, accused the U.S. of buying time ahead of midterm elections, and urged the public to stay in the streets.

I was starting to get very vexed with the Iranian leadership's "bend-over rigmarole" in the name of negotiations.

That disgraceful MOU they eventually signed was all the more reason I needed to stop paying much attention to their updates here even.

Looks like their religious leadership has equally had enough of the liberal shit from the so-called reformists.

Imagine granting concessions to an opponent that attacked you unprovoked, assassinating your number one man in the process. Such a debacle😐!

⚡U.S. forces carried out airstrikes in Iran targeting military infrastructure, including surveillance, communications and drone facilities, in response to a drone attack on the commercial tanker M/T Kiku near the Strait of Hormuz.
