One of the Tinubu's ass lickers has spoken. All of you will be removed next year from office. None of you deserves to be on the corridor of power. The this generation and the next will never forgive you. See the way Nigeria is in a disarray under your watch.

Even the JOE is a mad man. So after spending over 5 years to acquire higher education the best the president's wife could come up with is akara and kulikuli business.
It will shock you that with the help of your education, venturing into such business can make you a millionaire. I know people that even without education, the business is feeding their family of six

Let’s assume it’s graduates who received those grants.

That education is what is supposed to separate a roadside akara seller from a literate akara seller.

All the things we enjoy today were upscaled by educated people … most times with zero government input (Google is your friend sha)

People are given grants 100k,200k...whatever. so you expect them to be advised to open a refinery or a beer factory? Or is it that AKara enterprise is so base that being employed is better? I'm honestly checking comments amongst my close circles on this subject to identify how sound people are.
Thumbs up Joe.
I have come to really that Nigerians are hypocritical and their reaction to issues depends on who is at the centre of the storm. Naptu2 made a comprehensive thread showing where those who critiqued this move by Remi, actually praised Obi for doing same with 10k. If you listen to Nigerians, you won’t get anything done

I'm not surprised the way most of you are thinking. Someone your age is already a job provider in a decent country. Is frying akara a sort of youth empowerment or what? Who doesn't fry akara in his house? This week they posted the list of cities with the highest number of billionaires in the world and Nigeria was missing out. China that followed usa closely couldn't lace our shoes decades ago. Nigeria was seen as the next world power from africa after the ancient Egypt. The western world were afraid of us.

Today, China has left us far behind. All the money they're stealing can be used to empower people like you, the way China and Japan do to their citizens. Those Chinese you see on the streets of our major cities were empowered by their government to explore foreign markets. During Jonathan era, we had sure-p and you-win programmes which had benefited a lot of startups. There were funds for agriculture. Nigeria didn't go hungry. I remember the great jobs done by akinwumi, the AfDB man who was minister of agriculture under Jonathan. That was what earned him that office at afdb

The apc came and disrupted a progressive economy with propaganda. We're now the 5th largest economy in africa, falling from 1st position. I blame only those who allowed someone like Remi and her husband to near that place. We knew them better and the reason we didn't vote her husband in lagos in 2023.

This generation is the most unfortunate one and sadly the one supporting this callous regime. Had they lived from 2015 backwards, they'd realise the degree of harm the apc had done them and be crying. Those who lived in that era were actually those who enjoyed Nigeria.

Advanced countries advised their citizens to start frying akara and kuli-kuli, and they finally got to where they are today.
Only Lazy youths will ignore first lady advice. What stopped the youths in being creative and provide services that Many people patronised. No wander those lazy youths Japa to already built advance countries, Only to get there and take up jobs they will condemned in Thier own fatherland because they are graduates.
Mind u, the citizens of the advanced countries never japa when their nation was being built with pains and patriotism.

Most Nigeria youths just wanted to be rich and ride cars overnight. Drop your ego, era of White collar jobs are gone go and be creative.

See the nonsense someone's father is defending.

Some so-called adults don't deserve to be respected, they reason like babies.

Will this man set up akara business for his children?
