franchasofficia:You are just trying to see fault on the man. That Abuja case was a judicial issue that has pro and cons that time. It would have been a serious meddling and a big democratic infraction if he did what you said above and the impartiality or otherwise that we a discussing today wouldn't have come up in the first place. |

Misterone:Now the question I want to ask is that ? Is there any time frame for party registration? In u think other wise. Yes there is time frame for registration of party name and when once that time frame clasped u can't register ur party again. The second question I want to ask is that why PMP not registered their party like every other parties. Is PMP a party? If no is the answer they have no right to challenge a registered party it is only a registered party can challenge a registered party. Chatgpt gave a name to my products and it warn me that I should try and register that name with CAC and trade mark it to secure the name and the Logo, it warned me that if some other register first before me that I have no right to it again. NDC do not know PMP as a political party. And they are not political party |

First of all, there's no time frame for registration of political parties. The second is why did NDC not register their party like others? Why use court order? Do you know that a court order can be challenged up to the supreme court? If you know all these, why are you complaining? Be it party logo or whatever, the registration of NDC would be challenged by others so long as the requisite agency did not bring it to life. AMI3: |

It's quite unfortunate Tinubu doesn't want opposition parties, especially Peter Obi's NDC. Democracy should be Allowed to thrive. Delisting peter obi's NDC is giving negative signals to the international community. All credible opposition parties are being harassed and delisted. May we not experience implosion in the country as a result of greed of One Man. Nigeria at razors edge 😭 |

Tinubu is greatest scammer in Nigeria’s political history. This is so tragic.Even the military did not do up to this level. He should be ashamed of himself. To think that this is the same democracy MKO , Kudirat and others fought for! What a shame. |

Misterone:To register a new political party in Nigeria, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has a maximum time frame of 90 days to process an application. The process and timeline follow these steps:Initial Application: An association submits a formal written application, the required documents, and a non-refundable administrative fee.Review Period: The association must provide 50 copies of its draft constitution and manifesto within 30 working days after receiving the application forms. The 90-Day Rule: By law, if INEC receives the documents and fails to either register the party or formally notify the association of a refusal within 90 days, the proposed party is automatically considered registered.Judicial Review: If INEC refuses to register the party, the aggrieved association has a strict 14-day window to challenge the decision in the Federal High Court.Note: For already existing political parties fielding candidates in elections, INEC mandates that a digital membership register must be submitted to the commission at least 21 days before any party primary election.Full details and guidelines can be reviewed on the INEC Guidelines for the Registration of New Political Parties. Read that first |

I posting that to show u that there was a time frame for party registration. Secondly: if NDC is registered legally, who is to be blamed? Is it NDC? Inec? Or the court? On what ground that PMP is challenging NDC? |

esnbrutality: kingbee90:NDC stole the logo of PMP, how is that Tinubu's fault? Is Tinubu a member of NDC or PMP? Do the right thing, they wouldn't listen, this is the result. Jumping from APGA to PDP to LP to ADC to NDC and now to no party 🤣🤣 |

| Re: INEC Set To Delist NDC Following Court Ruling by maasoap(m): 12:35pm On Jun 28 |
esnbrutality:Use your brain now! If PMP is deregistered or not registered at all, does that mean it can't come back and reapply after meeting the conditions for registration? If deregistered, did that give NDC the right to steal PMP logo and use it? Why couldn't NDC design its own logo? You're not thinking like a smart person. That's intellectual infringement |

Misterone:So u mean that inec can register a new political party today? Another thing is that; a supreme court passed a judgement that INEC should register a political party and the same judge that passed that judgement came back after six months when all the political parties have conducted their primaries to passed another judgment that INEC should deregister the political party? Do u know what is call Pontius officiao in law? Let me let u be because u don't want to learn. Because u don't have fact to back up ur argument. |

SonOfDSoil01:H8te and bitterness, is that you? Is lagos Calabar and sokoto badagry the only project you mentioned in that your yeye post? What I mean is that, the other infrastructural projects you mentioned remains audio projects until we see them. Besides, when will tinibu finish those 2 projects? I hope he is not planning to abandon the projects for the next government to finish, just like he did when he was the governor of lagos state. It's on record that fashion did most of the legacy projects that tinibu and his gang of bulabahs are boasting with today. Secondly, the lagos airport that you said is undergoing some kind of renovation is still nonsense because, it has nothing to do with the lives of an average yoruba man on the street. From my observation, it seems you are having a comprehension problem otherwise, you should know that the essence of this argument is for us to know how this yoruba president has contributed immensely on the average yoruba man or family. Minus insecurity, the lagos Calabar and sokoto badagry roads will benefit people from other states too when completed. Yorubas are not the only ones that will benefit because, the roads will pass through some states meaning it's not your road. Omo abobaku, SE is not deserted as you lied about. Millions of people are still in SE doing business. Igbos are only in Lagos because that is the only place Nigeria as a country have a functioning and viable seaport. Minus Lagos SW no get anything to boast of. |
