In the USA, the CNN/CBS/ABC/MSNBC are propanganda machines for the democrats and the FOX news is the sole propanganda machine for the replublicans. They report nothing but personal bias and opinions. So to get the real truth you have to listen to oppposing parties to extract facts. The truth is trump is hated deeply right now
Alright, I got you.

There are several countries capable of hosting in Europe, Asia and South America.
Even if Canada and Mexico want to host the next world cup, I will support them. But definitely not USA again.

aestake:
You go host am. No be by mouth o.

The USA is not just the economy capital of the world, it's the cradle of civilisation and development.
The UK will struggle to compete with Texas. Infact continental Europe will struggle to compete with the USA.
Aside, Trump and his siIIy fellows, America is a great country with no match.
No Match in what regards?

In term of security?

In term.of infrastructure ?

In term of GDP per capital ? Etc

God forbid!

It's a terrible experience for the athletes already.

Fifa should never come to us to "warn" Nations from meddling with their FA's decision cus it's obvious that bald man is a politician.
He awarded FIFA peace prize just before a war struck out lol grin

They shouldn't give USA anything to host again. Their hostility is just too much.
Only people who slam their head on the ground think this way

America’s World Cup task force said:

"We have the stadiums built, so for the US, compared to other host nations, where it costs tens and tens of billions of dollars, you know, it cost us a couple billion.”

Here is a screen shot of a British man and an American man in Facebook below ...as the British man was wishing the 2038 world cup must come back to England but the American man explained why it will be hard for England to host

Why should I know something happening in America. Do I live there? No. Do I have interest there? No. Underrate Nairaland at your own peril. Like I said I don't watch fox news and the likes.
I get most stories here, and I also watch documentaries about America and other overseas countries thru youtube.
.
I have not been to America but I know how NYPD, LAPD, FBI and the likes works better than our own police here. Thanks to youtube, I watch their movies more than ours. So guy I don't need your fox news or CNN to know about America. Don't forget also Google is a click away

In your head so Canada can host world cup ..where in what city ..how many cities canda have how many functional airports ..despite its a developed nation they are many flaws in Canada environment lol....on why did montreal city not host in this 2026 tournament if they truly can ..even the stadium in Toronto is the smallest in this tournament 45k capacity (upgraded from 30 to 45 because of the worldcup)
A whole big city like Toronto don't have a bigger stadium ...e shock me ..

Again you think it's easy as said ..there are many factors before considered and these factors are tough ....remember the future will be 64 teams and more stadiums and facilities from countries will be demanded so Canada will continue to merge with US to stay along ...as for Mexico ..forget them ..they are not rich and a developing country like Mexico should focus on taking care of their citizens ..after all this is their third hosting of worldcup ...let them rest lol...

Yeah you're right, there's really nothing wrong with fox and CNN. Just don't have the time to watch them even though DSTV sits right in front of me everyday.
And also I want you to stop underarrating Nairaland. Is there any news in the world that Nairaland doesn't report, even though sometimes late?

Reference:
They have the capacity and together with China will become the only two countries that can singlehandedly host the way FIFA is going.

Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately both countries are at the extreme sides, west and east of the meridian that defines Europe in the north and Africa in the south where football originates, and is most popular.

It has been a sheer torture after a hard day's work to wait up all night to watch live matches. For this reason alone, abeg FIFA, may the USA, Australia, China and other far flung places host once in a blue moon.
Within one week China will build 30 world cup stadiums each having 200,000 capacity. grin

China is no joke these days.

Never AGAIN.
Re: The US Is Interested In Hosting The 2038 Worldcup by Redstorm(m): 5:59pm On Jun 28
Yes, the FIFA World Cup has become a much larger tournament with many participating teams. Canada may not presently have all the required stadia to singularly host the tournament, but that have the resources to upgrade the ones they have and to build new ones, if given the time.

That country is possessed with money worshipping disorder.

They have destroyed football with all these unnecessary changes..... imagine one was suggesting they change the time format from 0-45 minutes to countdown 45-0 like it's some basketball or NFL game.... ridiculous. Europeans quickly shut him up with the useless idea he brought.
femi4:
Not again
They will introduce advert breaks

The water breaks are more like youtube ads

Let football be football not money making biz

A guy shot straight at the keeper. The keeper pushed the ball to another guy. But they said the guy is offside. I check, they didn't pass the ball to the guy. It was a rebound he scored and when he got the rebound he scored it and it was called offside.
