Actually sea water is better at cooling as it has a higher specific heat capacity than fresh water meaning it takes more energy to bring sea water to boil than fresh water.

He doesn't even need to say it out loud, those data centres are doing all the talking. I watched a video clip a while ago about how these data centres have forced people living within their vicinity away from their homes. The few that stayed behind said the data centres sometimes deprive them of power and water for up to 20 hours in a day. When the centers turn on their machines, the deafening sound can cause migraine. Then there's the heat being dissipated by those stations, people are literally roasting in their homes.
