How many platforms you get that you will generate that much as a Nigerian? If you are an American or your audience are Americans, I won't argue. Nigerians, and by extension Africans, as audience don't have much value in the advertising marketplace.

He should have also mentioned how much it costs him to create content monthly.

That said, content creation is in a bubble. Over the coming years, the gains will rapidly depreciate. Simple supply and demand theory. It's already on a decline self. That one is not yet saturated; eventually, it will. If you are smart, make as much as you can, as soon as possible. That bubble go soon pop, just like the tech bubble of 2020.

It's a wicked grind to succeed. You'd need at least 30m guaranteed views monthly plus brand endorsements etc to earn close to that amount he's claiming. Note that i said views, not followers. To get those views, he'd need 10x the amount of views as followers as that's the typical views to follower ratio.

No matter how poor his YouTube is for example, his rpm can’t be less than $5. Imagine pulling 1 million views alone on a poor month.. not to talk of x, Facebook, IG ads, TikTok, etc. Perhaps that amount is even poor for a creator like him, because only him selling something on his social media can make him that comfortably (someone who has over 12 million followers across platform)
Even someone I personally know doing faceless YouTube channels gross above $20k monthly not to thank of Shank.
Is it not the same YouTube that even paid Pastor Jerry above 1 billion in a year?
