Jigawa Honours First Lady Oluremi Tinubu with Road Naming as She Launches North-West National Community Food Bank

First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has today launched the North-West zonal chapter of the National Community Food Bank Programme in Jigawa State.

All seven North-West governors attended the event:
Umar Namadi (Jigawa)
Uba Sani (Kaduna)
Abba Kabir Yusuf (Kano)
Dikko Umaru Radda (Katsina)
Nasir Idris (Kebbi)
Ahmad Aliyu (Sokoto)
Dauda Lawal (Zamfara)

During the visit, the Jigawa State Government named the Gandun Sarki Road after the First Lady, which she formally inaugurated. She also commissioned the Senator Oluremi Tinubu Clinic and Dialysis Centre, the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Road (Hadejia–Garun Gabas–Dolan), and the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Academy in Hadejia.

The National Community Food Bank Programme is an initiative aimed at addressing food insecurity by improving access to nutritious food for vulnerable households in the region. The launch took place at the Government House Conference Hall in Dutse.

Mrs Remi Tinubu has been doing a tremendous job.. moving around the states with humanitarian projects.. same thing she did both as then Lagos First Lady and later as Senator.

In the midst of killings in the entire country, with the North leading in poverty and terrorism being sponsored by govt, politicians and religious leaders, yet they found themselves worthy of honour. I have said it many times, there is nothing called govt, what we have is a war between evil and good.
