For your information, Tinubu has never been a self-made politician. In fact, he doesn't own or control Lagos; rather, they have controll of Lagos through him. He didn't become the Governor of Lagos State all by himself. They picked him, and since then he has never gone against or disappointed them. That's what has kept him consistent and politically relevant, especially in Lagos State.
So, who are these people? Don't assume they are ordinary Lagosians. Think about those who opposed former Governor Ambode's second-term ambition. Those are the same people behind Tinubu's political structure. As far as Lagos State politics is concerned, they have the final say.
