I also suggest that anyone having family outside his State of Origin in Nigeria to try and have a small house in the village. Even if it's just 2 bedroom flat. Signs are gradually showing since the 2023 general elections.

Hmmm ... sorry for the guy who now returned after 40 years away from home.... said he's happy to be back ... but I really hope he's mentally prepared for the culture shock.... the systems that were in place when he left ... organized ... the system he met in SA ... organized ... and has been used to all his life ... is nowhere near what he'll find on returning ... and the mentality of the people ... the culture he knew ... is nowhere close to what he would be expecting.
