So before Tinubu became president in 2023, Nigeria was not filled with jobless graduates?

You chose to get a uni education, No one forced you to. Tinubu did not force you to go to university, if uni education wont meet your future goals then dont get it
Your God father saw what was at stake and took the mantle, promising Heaven and Earth/ Heaven on Earth, was Akara and grant route the vision and promise?

So what are the things that fits future goals without formal education?

Person wey get office inside Federal Secretariate.. Have read the defense from Baya Onunaga and I just laughed..One man deceived the PRESIDENCY, CBN, NASS, Accountant General of Nigeria 🤣🤣🤣🤣

At least the slaves that are living in Nigeria and defending being given 50k as grant to start Akara KuliKuli business should see how much money their slave masters are looting..

They probably know their supporters will spin the story within a day or two and everything will die down. That's the only reason Bayo will issue that useless press statement.

back in the day i heard people used offices in NNPC to pose as senior officials

How did he end up in the budget of the Presidency?

We can call him a con artist, but the bigger issue is the Presidency being involved in the crime. Up till now, Gbaja has not debunked the claim that he took 400 million from him.
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 10:17am On Jul 02
BlueRayDick:
This one goes beyond posing as NNPC official . Do you know what it takes to open a Treasury Single Account with CBN as an agency of the federal government? It means the office of the Accountant general cleared the agency before CBN opened the account.

Do you know what it means to have budgetary allocation in the 2026 Budget of the country?

I think we are trivializing the issue when we just say " The man is an OG con artiste ". We should be talking about how he's able pull all that off in plain sight ; he definitely has accomplices in the top hierarchy of the presidency. He has mentioned Femi Gbajabiamila and openly accused him.

The presidency should first and foremost suspend Gbaja and carry out a thorough independent investigation instead of the nonsense Bayo Onanuga's press release if they have any integrity remaining.
You work in corporate and you have no doubt seen how some people with ties to executive management bypass the entire rigorous vendor vetting process for reasons

If for any reason you are on the inside track processes will be waived, due diligence will be postponed and payments will be made without following process. Everyone will look away unless you fall out of favor or overdo in a way that cannot be overlooked

If Gbaja had ties to the man and stuck his neck out for him, then this is on him. Not quite the same but when Ifeanyi ubah was chasing access bank loan, cosmas maduka stood up for the guy ignoring the warnings of everyone else. When it all went sideways cosmas had to resign as director.

This is highly untrue in a corperate world. Government yes but in corperate world is highly unlikely.

I don't know the corporate world you are referring to, but the corporate world where I work where internal control and audit is a thing, such nonsense is definitely not happening unnoticed.

It's like you really don't know how indicting this whole issue is and that's why you are comparing apples to oranges.

What just happened is like a company paying salaries to a General manager and an entire line of managers, officers and trainees under his division despite the GM not being an employee of the company neither does his division exist in the company's organogram. For your information, the man has 300+ employees under his agency whose salaries have provisions made for in the 2026 budget of Nigeria

The man heads an agency that has budgetary allocation in the 2026 budget of the federal Republic of Nigeria and the Chief of Staff to the president claims he's not known to the presidency yet his agancy's budget was under presidency sub-budget.

Haba!

We all go school na.

Illimitable:
Why can’t your Governors put hands together and develop their own port? You people speak as if foreigners are ruling the South East.

You people have collectively elected bandits, armed robbers and rogues as Governors since 1999. Lagos State government in collaboration with some private stake holders have constructed Lekki Deep Sea Port and it’s currently at 50% operational capacity.

What are your own Governors doing in the SE that they cannot replicate this sort of project?
Good question.

You're right about having bandits as governors. The likes of Dave Umahi, Hope Uzodimma, etc are political bandits.

Also, the ports are a federal property concessioned to people who can run the ports.

I am sure that if they hand over the ports to well meaning individuals, those ports will become very active.
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 12:56pm On Jul 02
izzou:
Where is the water to develop the port in the SE?

I believe that all these talk about building a seaport in the SE na just talk. The possibility is little. How do you want to dredge River Niger, to accommodate one RORO? Even Ibeto went to PH to build his own

And yes, Raum is right. Apart from Lagos having the larger market, it is also nearer to more than half of the manufacturing industries in Nigeria. Also, shipping lines trust Lagos as a safer place to berth, than other states.

Its the same reason why every airport is "International" in Nigeria, but Delta, United and many foreign airlines will either land in Lagos or Abuja. You cannot force them to land anywhere else
Ok. You're wrong or uninformed.

The River Niger is good enough for cargo ships if dredged. Also there are already existing ports but they are dilapidated and require government intervention. So you're completely wrong or ignorant about the prospect of ports in the SE.

Secondly, most imported goods are not only raw materials for industries but also finished goods for consumers. When did Nigeria start importing raw materials? 😂

Finally, this argument isn't about ports but why Lagos is congested.

Where did you get 95% import in Lagos port from? A key haracteristic of olodo uprising is plucking stats from the air
You're asking me which certificate your oga forged? 😂

OK, I challenge you to mention the primary and secondary schools he attended and when.

I like you man. I really do.

It's simply one of two things,
1. Someone in high level government position lie Femi is complicit
2. Those is government are highly incompetent and vulnerable
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 1:15pm On Jul 02
GloriousGbola:
Upon all the SE billionaires per square foot Spy360 is still waiting for the incompetent apc government to deliver a port.

As an aside - Same apc that actually delivered Niger Bridge and not Lamba Bridge. lipsrsealed

Dangote rebuilt Lagos apapa expressway because it was a major artery for his vehicles. Back then we rebuilt roads in apapa for the same reason.

IMHO all that the port talk is just blackmail. With all the international airports being built in the SE, if a governor could build a water port in one term (window of chop) , it would be done.
You absolutely correct in your assertions. For me to expect an incompetent government like APC to develop anything meaningful is crazy.

Even the Coastal road project is a farce.

By the way, I was simply explaining why Lagos is congested. Perhaps if we indeed want Lagos decongested, we can start by asking an incompetent APC government to improve port facilities in other regions.

Thank you

Which existing port is in the SE?

The way you guys throw this dredging thing around is funny. The money that will be used to dredge River Niger to accommodate cargo ships will build more than 5 seaports from scratch. It is possible, but it cannot be funded. That is why the SE port will always be a story

Ibeto, an Nnewi man ran to Port Harcourt to build a port. What does that tell you?

Nigeria imports raw materials. Most Flour mills are located at Apapa, because Wheat is imported even up till tomorrow. I did my IT at the then Dangote Flour, so I know what Raw wheat looks and smells like. Many of the companies in Ogun state and Oyo have their raw materials shipped from Apapa
