Did you upload all the required documents yet? because that is what the officer will vet with your application.
If yes, send an email to nis.servicom@nigeriaimmigration.gov.ng quoting your application and reference number and then explaining the situation or you can contact their helpline number +234-912-1477-092.

Hello house,

When the status of Passport application Menu indicates 'Produced' .. can one now go to the passport office for pick up as there has been no message or call from passport office for pick up. what next ?

Currently at alausa for capturing, if you did yours online you'll get directed to where they will charge you 5k for "compliance".

just collected my passport.

My passport is expiring in June next year but I want to begin the renewal process now. Should I select expired or exhausted pages on the platform? And which is better between Ikoyi and Alausa? Thanks.

ekitimanalways:
Wait for application approval mail from NIS

Good afternoon, Sir.
Please does it mean this person has collected their passport?

Thank you, Sir.
I'm surprised because the person is out of the state, and he's yet to collect the passport.

Hello Nairalands, I applied for passport renewal online last week and everything was successful. I picked my preferred date for biometrics, my question is, will I get a text confirming the date or I should just go ahead to the passport office on the date I choose?

Go there by yourself
