Public Outrage as Man Allegedly Claims He Intends to Marry a 9-Year-Old

A man who previously allegedly declared his intention to marry a 9-year-old child has reportedly continued making disturbing statements, including sending a message claiming that the child in question is the one he intends to marry.

If authentic, the alleged conduct has sparked widespread concern and renewed calls for authorities to investigate the matter. Child rights advocates have urged parents and community members in Toro, Bauchi State, to remain vigilant and report any suspected attempts to groom, exploit, or abuse children.

Under Nigeria's Child Rights Act, 2003, a child is defined as anyone under the age of 18. The Act prohibits child marriage in states where it has been domesticated, and any marriage involving a child is considered invalid under the Act. Additionally, the Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act, 2015 criminalizes various forms of abuse, exploitation, and harmful practices against children in areas where the law applies.

Even in states with differing legal frameworks, any act involving the grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of a child may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Nigerian laws, including the Criminal Code, Penal Code, and other child protection legislation.

Authorities are encouraged to thoroughly investigate the authenticity of the alleged messages and, where evidence of criminal conduct exists, take appropriate legal action. Protecting children from exploitation is a shared responsibility of families, communities, and law enforcement.

This child molester, and all who think that his boastful crime is "normal", belong in jail alongside murderers, robbers, torturers and kidnappers.

Look at the leering face of this monster, and you are looking upon the face of pure distilled, demonic evil.

By openly delaring his satatus as a chronic sex offender and predatory child molester, this monster qualfies himslelf to earn a lenghty jail sentence under Nigeria's existing laws, yet for reasons about which one can only speculate, the criminal openly declares his guilt with obvious pride, for the whole world to see.

Perhaps the powers that be in Nigeria do not wish to be seen as opposed to crimes of this nature. If this is the case, then there exist SEVERAL international organizations whose mandates are endorsed by Nigeria, that should now be demanding the arrest of this hideous felon. To name a few, UNICEF ( United Nations Children's Fund), The Save The Children Fund, and the UN Committee on the Rights of Children, should break their silence and call for the criminal prosecution and jailing of this perverted pedophilic demon.

It is VITAL that sexual offenders who predate on innocent and vulnerable children MUST be brought to book for their crimes against humanity REGARDLESS of where the ofenders happen to reside on this green planet. Let the right thing be SEEN to be done, as an example to deter other similarly deranged individuals from committing copycat offences of thie grievous nature.
