And yes, the South African government runs the health sector who else can it be? Stop hiding behind colonization to excuse your faliure.. providing ambulances for people requires no colonizer, its the bare minimum

No supply without demand. I lived in nigeria most of my life and I never saw cocaine or any hard-drugs like fentanyl or crack except for weed & other of its variants. There are also tens of millions of nigerians that havent seen or done hard-drugs except for weed. Since you have a drug problem in SA removing nigerians & other africans will only leave the drug market open to SA & other nationalities. You must first curb the demand problem before the supply, anything other than that is just politicians using immigration as an excuse for their failure in governance
