1. Who put the agency in the 2026 budget after the man was arrested in October 2025.The man was arrested in October 2025 for running a fake agency yet some officials still went to the National Assembly to defend the fake agency budget and got it passed, how come?
2. Before an agency gets a CBN account, it is first investigated to be sure all is ok, who did the investigation? The AGF and CBN did not notice anything, how come?
3. Nobody in government noticed the man’s appointment letter was signed by the COS and not the SGF as with other appointments, how come? Even the SGF that approved an official space didn’t notice? Even the HOS that gave approval for staff recruitment did not notice?

4. Let the service providers print out the communications between the “ fake DG” and the dead middle man, and the dead middle man and his accomplice in the presidency. Is that hard to do?

5. Is this the first time this is happening or are there more out there?

It was the same officials in government such as 'Femi Gbaja and 'Bayo Onanuga that exposed this same dude (who is parading himself as the head of that agency) since 2025 that you are calling a so-called "front for their dirty deals."

My strong guess is that there was initially a plan to officially set up that agency BUT because of duplicity which other agencies complained or voiced out about, they decided to scrap it. However since NO money was released from the Federal Government budget to the so-called "fake agency," then that's good enough. I have strongly affirmed for over 4 months now that due to some kind of tardiness, fatigue or diminishing returns, 'Femi Gbajabiamila be removed as the COS and replaced with cerebral Babatunde Raji-Fashola (who served as the now President 'Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Chief-of-Staff when Tinubu was the Lagos State Governor). It's embarrassing that Gbaja has been connected to 3 topical issues this year alone which as the Chief-of-Staff to the President, he should NEVER be connected to whether guilty or not. COS officials worldwide are usually supposed to effectively enhance the day-to-day operations of their principals behind the scenes and NOT get directly or indirectly connected to scandals such as this. Period.

That guy who has been busted will have to show more rock-solid recorded evidence that 'Femi Gbajabiamila requested for such huge amount of money from him.

I have lived for nearly 60 years on this planet so I know that anybody can rise up and make highly IRRESPONSIBLE, malicious claims against other people until they get busted for telling lies. Gbaja remains innocent like anybody else until proven guilty under Nigerian laws. This is the same with the British laws... You are innocent until proven guilty. Period.

The presidency is saying that they have been on this matter since October 2025 labeling it as a flagged fake agency yet they still budgeted about N1.3b to the same fake agency for the 2026 fiscal year. Even the Senate or the national assembly has been hobnobbing with the fake agency chanting 'firm stand on your mandate' while allocating a loud office to the alleged fake establishment in the federal secretariat building.

I believe that hundreds of similar conduit pipes exist in this regime. We only got to know about this because of a disagreement over the sharing formula for the allocated natural cake to the created conduit pipe.
