Growing up . I never experienced first hand loss of someone closed to me. Inshort before I could heal it took a lot of activities to free my mind from it. We men always form strong man but this is plenty. Couple with family fighting over my property. It's such a moment for me .

I think you need to find a way to control your expenses for a family of three. Find a way to buy food in bulk, manage your bills, and get the famous charcoal stove or an induction electric cooker. I just turned off my freezer for about three hours since it's all frozen to minimize energy cost since I am on Band A. I honestly would suggest being specific with your bills so we can provide insights; otherwise, we don't know where the money goes.

My monthly expenditures used to cross 400k every month for just a family of 3. Me, my wife and baby

But since I discovered Money market mutual funds I don't bother anymore because all those money I had sitting Idly in my bank account I moved everything to money market and with the percentage I get monthly I just use it to cater for my home.

450k interest paid to me every month now caters for my family.

My goal is to make it as high as 1m interest every month that's why I keep reinvesting every penny I receive now

E don tey since i buy or cook food. Na my gf and female neighbor for my yard day dash me food like say everyday na sallah. The only i spend na just snacks. Mind you, we have 3bedroom, 2, 2bedroom in the compound. The rest of electricity uses is with solar panel and batteries!

I dey tell you. Most of the people talking don't have families under them. If you are a family man and live in a city, you will spend up to that for things to be okay. Except you have a very understanding wife who can manage very well

160k for protein for just four weeks, Abeg u guys should take it easy with this lies and unnecessary hype, elder has three kids and they don’t consume up to 500k monthly, and believe me, they dine like Royalty, they have a freezer that contains all sort. Of protein u will need, kitchen stuffed with food stuff because they Dey do bulk purchase, make their own bread and drink only fresh blended juice

you need a 3 to 4kva generator for the basics - lighting, washing machine, fridge., freezer, iron, pump, tv

any ac is additional 1.5 to 2kva load on your system .

once you decide to run acs for cooling as standard, you need at least a 9kva 3 phase diesel generator

3kva cannot power my house, there are 8 ACs and the one in the sitting room is 3 ton standing AC, the ones you see in banking hall.

My generator is 7kva and it cannot power everything at once.

The size of the tank is 1200 liters. I encourage everyone in the house to get extra 200 liters or more rubber for water back up. So far, the 30 minute pump cater for everyone!

Guess what? I ended up spending 15k and the money no even reach. I was just pissed. At least to eat morning breakfast will cost u nothing less than 2k-3k. What about the child's breakfast or luch? What about dinner etc. No matter how u try to reduce expenses, u go still spend.
