📖 All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
— 1 Corinthians 6:12

The issue of whether believers should or shouldn't masturbate has been a contentious issue in Christendom for quite a long time.

Some say that masturbation is a healthy way of releasing sexual tensions: they argue that it's better to masturbate than visit a prostitute, keep a boyfriend/girlfriend or even rape.

There was a lot of controversy when a well known pastor said on his TV broadcast that masturbation wasn't a sin per se....it took social media by storm and made many believers have varied views on the subject.

The truth they say is bitter:

👉Hard biblical truths on masturbation_

1. God never designed the human body to practice masturbation which is sex with oneself. God designed the body for sex with one's husband or wife. (1 Corinthians 7: 1-4)

So masturbation is really abnormal to God's design of the human body.

2. Masturbation is a selfish act that defies God's command of fruitfulness and reproduction. (Genesis 1:28)

3. Masturbation is always aided by the use of pornography or lustful thoughts: these make the act sinful and unclean to God. (Matthew 5:27-28)

4. Masturbation involves an unclean spirit as a sexual partner. Some spirits still marry people through masturbation. (Genesis 6:1-2)

A lot of people don't know that the impact of the powerful spiritual energy they drain carelessly during masturbation_that energy can be rechanneled into massive productivity, both spiritually and physically.

However, marriage won't necessarily solve masturbation, many married people still masturbate for different reasons like sexual dissatisfaction, long separation, sickness of a partner, etc.

So it's better as a single youth to learn how to exercise self control now with your body, because even in marriage there will be temptations.

So when you say exercise control do you have a solid formula that guarantees that the person does not masturbate and yet does not resort to hurdom?

Meanwhile, clearly masturbation is a lesser sin than hurrdom and adultery which Joseph ran from

People who are virgins are always fertile which is why people go to marry younger people for children

What do you mean by hurdom? Fornication?

Masturbation is not a lesser evil than fornication and adultery because they are hatched in the heart.

Jesus said if you imagine lustfully about a woman, you have already done it! If that is true, then so many men will miss God's Kingdom because lust is staring at us everyday on social media/ Internet.

There's no solid formula in avoiding masturbation, just know the consequences with the fear of God. That's why I enumerated the consequences.

Only married people go for infertility tests so the man can use a condom to collect the semen after ejaculation with his wife!

Since you appreciate that there is no formula then it means a lot of wisdom and understanding must be applied to it. And the first part of the understanding is to understand that Jesus only corrected the silly belief men carry that since they did not physically commit a wrong eg stealing a thing therefore, they are not guilty of stealing. Jesus was therefore correcting the fact that when we steal in our minds we are guilty of stealing. In criminal law this is called mens rea and that was what Jesus was trying to teach.

So, no one can rightfully say that masturbation is not a sin however from its effects and punishment, it is clear that it is less than the sin of fornication, wore dom, adultery etc and that is why it is clear that masturbation is lesser

The consequences of masturbation might not be as severe as fornication or adultery, but nevertheless it's has bad consequences on one's destiny! That's why it should be avoided as much as possible.

As you see no one has a complete defence against falling for sexual sins so it is better to fall for the lessest one than to fall for the one that completely destroys a person.

And in my honest opinion, it does not affect destiny unless a person went masturbating when he should be working.

Not true! No one should ever defend masturbation!

It affects destiny and one's blessings!

You just admitted that complete abstinence is almost impossible so, practically are you not teaching that people should fall for fornication or adultery for the sexual urge must be eased?

Like telling a person suffering from measles not to scratch you proffering no solution but endurance.

The mere fact that you admit that it is lesser than fornication and adultery is good news and i already contested that unless a person is doing it at work and in the wrong time and place, it does not change a destiny

Condom ke? The sample must be collected in a sterile container and test must be carried out within one hour. It is usually done in the test premises for freshness and accuracy.

This is false. Being a virgin does not mean you'll be fertile.

The older a girl grows the more viable eggs she loses. Girls do have more viable eggs when young!

The real eyeity has proven it and all those who wanted a child all go looking for a girl who is either a virgin or low mileage which is close to a virgin and not just any girl.

Most people use withdrawal system so when they're ready it's inside a test tube they'll pour their semen.
