Buy Castor oil to soften your stool

Please start Water Therapy immediately. Drink large quantity of Warm water early hours of the morning. Eat after 1hr or more if you can hold your self. Then increase your firbre food like sweet potatoes, and yams. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat the rough part of the oranges. Not just the juice. You will be fine. Take this seriously.

I was in the hospital yesterday in warri but the surgeon said it's leteral internal sphintology it's would could me 500k for the operation Bros I left there I don't want operation same thing I did in benin ran away because of operations in benin it was 550k.

It happened to me 2 years ago. Hard stool was the culprit. I almost went under the knife(300k back then). I tried liquid paraffin, suppositories but the relief was temporary.
I was on vasoprin back then but the doctor said I should stop it so that my blood will not be too thin for the surgery I was preparing for. He gave me 2 weeks.
It worked o.
Apparently vasoprin was preventing the fissure from healing properly.
I also switched from eating eba to grinded plantain flour mixed with grinded okpa(during the weeks)

I tried the liquid paraffin again for the 2 weeks and it worked o.

If all of this does not work, you might consider herbal or just go for the operation.

I can imagine the pain and discomfort you go through. doh.
