Bad government/economy is forcing people to find means of making extra cash in the name of side hustles while falling prey to these scam sites. That is not greed, that is human nature trying to survive after being neglected by the government. |
| Re: Nigerians React As NRC Ponzi Scheme Crashes! ‘I Did It With Borrowed Money’ by Beautifulday: 9:25am On Jul 08 |
Lanretoye:It's because of human greed we have government in the first place. That you don't know that is shocking. Governance is to limit and prevent human risk. A government that doesn't do that is termed to have failed. |

Lanretoye:It’s the government’s fault 💯 If it was a functioning system, the people wouldn’t be search for illogical ways to make money and survive another day. You can’t find the rich government folks falling for these type of scams, why is that? |
| Re: Nigerians React As NRC Ponzi Scheme Crashes! ‘I Did It With Borrowed Money’ by LordLicifer(m): 9:32am On Jul 08 |
Beautifulday:There is nothing the govament or Tinubu can do about it. There is something called T&C when you are surscribing to or putting your money into any investment with any company either a crooked or a geniune company. But because people are ignorant and also greedy they don't bother reading T&Cs or even anything written on their contracts with a company Nigerians are not very good in reading, most are greedy illiterates so they get scammed. If it's too good to be true then it isn't true. |
| Re: Nigerians React As NRC Ponzi Scheme Crashes! ‘I Did It With Borrowed Money’ by Beautifulday: 9:32am On Jul 08 |
grandstar:You are right. It is the job of the government to make starting such a scheme unattractive by getting all the people involved arrested and forced to return all the money. |
| Re: Nigerians React As NRC Ponzi Scheme Crashes! ‘I Did It With Borrowed Money’ by Ferebiekunake: 9:33am On Jul 08 |
Klington:Really? Including throwing your money into a very clearly defined scam? You're just wonderful 😄 |
| Re: Nigerians React As NRC Ponzi Scheme Crashes! ‘I Did It With Borrowed Money’ by Beautifulday: 9:34am On Jul 08 |
LordLicifer:Please don't infect people with your ignorance. There's no T&C that covers fraud anywhere in the world. Criminality has no legal covering anywhere |

How can the EFCC not know if this? ... and arrest those behind it? Is it part of their duty?... to protect the public from scammers? Fraud in their face ... but they don't see it ... but can arresting suspected yahoo boys based on the car they drive .. how they dress ... or if they have a laptop. They are silent on this matter. Atiku and Obi as opposition leaders should be calling out the FG on this. |

| Re: Nigerians React As NRC Ponzi Scheme Crashes! ‘I Did It With Borrowed Money’ by Beautifulday: 9:37am On Jul 08 |
Lanretoye:It is the role of the government to always and immediately track and arrest criminals of all kinds, take away their assets to return all the money they stole to those they stole it from to discourage crime. |
