Those in VI, IKOYI and EKO ATLANTIC do not use " I better pass my neighbour" generator. Great idea from LASG but only few businesses within the aforementioned areas would benefit at a cost reflective tariff rates. Until a family in mushine, ojo, bariga or isolo is able to have uninterrupted power supply from the grid, the demon bedevelling the Nigeria's electricity sector will continue to torment the nation. I have given up hope on any illusion of having an uninterrupted power supply in Nigeria.

We have all resources, coal, gas, sun ...name it to achieve stable electricity

Which 2 years? Something that has been in construction for many years. You make it look as if it was Otti that achieved it. Something that Berth Nnaji started under Jonathan and simply completed now.
