If playing smart means cowering before Tinubu and singing the mandate song, then he is not smart. The DSS was waiting to arrest him at the airport upon his voluntary return to Nigeria. Tinubu lives in morbid fear of Elrufai and knows Elrufai will engineer his defeat at the polls in the same way that he made him president.
