Nice one!

Pay ransom. Then organize security forces and cameramen in tow to go do gragra.

Nothing new here.

If you were the parent of one of those children, you wouldn't be arguing over how they were rescued. All that would matter is that they came home alive.

I've seen comments like yours on Nairaland and X, and they're deeply disturbing. Even after the children were reunited with their families, some people still searched for a reason to diminish it. That says a lot.

Sometimes it feels as though certain people are more interested in validating their cynicism than celebrating a good outcome. Had the children been killed, many of these same voices would have flooded social media with outrage and condemnation. Yet when lives are saved, somehow that's still not good enough.

If you can't pause your politics long enough to be grateful that innocent children made it home alive, it's worth asking what exactly would satisfy you? What kind of human being can you be to have such a mindset? Is it cynicism or this is just how you play politics? Na wa o

Did u hear anything about the operation, or strategies deployed until they were successfully rescued. They can give us more so that some of us can appreciate their efforts more.
On Seyi Makinde declaration and abduction, I think it’s a coincidence because it will take those criminals days to prepare that abduction it is not easy to kidnap a single person overnight not to talk of forty something ppl.
Finally on the soldier that paid ultimate price. I was not part of the operation but It took them days to get to criminals camp and I believe the army would encountered many ambushes on their way. Apart from that they might av been rescued and taken to a safe location before the yest announcement
You were simply walking towards the answer you have set.
They didn't show any video of the operation, just security vehicles. There was no gunshots? The kidnappers quietly withdrew? No single victim was hurt?
Truth is, I know our security forces. Makinde knows the truth, ransom was paid, those victims were released by the kidnappers

Most of the comments here just prove one thing, the federal government are not actually honest with the whole kidnapping and freedom narrative.

I guessed rumors of Lucifer I don't know who to trust is actually true then.
Re: Glimpses Of The Frontline Operation That Freed Oyo School Children, Teachers (V by AngelSlay: 8:39pm On Jul 11
It what everyone think because I see no reason why they are showing us how they did it and could not show us the 8 dead bodies
cucumbar:
😁 why do you want to protect their identity? Why blur their faces? You dont know that this useless APC government can blur anyone’s face and present them as the kidnappers?

Dem pay ransom, and they didn’t arrest anyone.

Don’t give them ideas Abeg.

President should call the governor and brief the governor? Well done omowe. 😂
A leader with human feelings will show empathy instead of keeping quiet. Makinde uses the security votes for oyo state well. You can ask oyo people. I have 2 biological brothers living and working in Ibadan. Under Makinde, theft and insecurity disappeared. Even when fayose accused him of embezzling the relief fund tinubu sent to him, he pulled out the bank statement indicating the amount was intact, for almost a year since it was received. We all saw it here.

Tinubu had no reason for not showing empathy as a human being and a father. He's keeping quiet deliberately. It's their handiwork.

The story was well scripted. Yeah. You know what? Go to oyo, kidnap some school children since the governor is from another party. Make sure you keep them in a save place after a while we will release them in a commando way.... yinmu for this country.. They turn every thing to Politics
You mean they play politics to behesd one of the abducted? You must be very sick.

Great work by the President and security agencies , we should be proactive instead of reactive and prevent such occurrences in the future .
I can only thank God and well meaning nigerians who put presure on the lacadastical government to act after 2month. Still no details of the kidnappers? No faces, no bodies? undecided

Make-belief to convince kids in the kindergarten.
Even if the forest is as large as Nigeria itself, it should not take an armed forces two days to locate any hostage in the forest.

So you didn't see the terrorists arrested ?

also why is that despite the pressure put on active GEJ government , he could not rescue the Chibok girls ?

Give praise when it's due , bad belle kills .

Why are the identities of the supposedly captured terrorists being concealed? Why treat them as V.I.P? Is it perhaps, because their ethnicity didn't fit into the narrative that was being bandied about?
When you didn't see them in court then you can talk. The security agencies are not working to get your validation. What you wrote here they don't even know. They are professionally doing their job the way they know best. What they know you don't know. You saw men here risking their lives here for the nation and what people like you do is to carry smart phone and keep thinking negatively. I'm very proud of the professionalism displayed by our men.

Very useless video. I don't know who compiled it.
Wait there na. The security agencies will expose detailed video of their operation to please you and endanger themselves and the nation. You think that security issues are home movie.

statement is blatantly false. I remember him giving a speech at Igangan after Fulani kidnapped and murdered people there.
What the hell is he talking about?

Propaganda..

This is what we shall hear for 3weeks now as a dividend of democracy.

Where are the KILLED Terrorists according to Bayo Onanuga? grin

Where are the arrested TERRORISTS? grin

See an already known PROPAGANDA military backed establishment, showing content like Sunday Igboho. grin

Just admit you paid Ransom...and let everyone praise GOD, instead of claiming RAMBO when every sensible person knows it's a LIE. grin
Thank God that it happened in the camp of the opposition that wine and dine with your personal Lord and saviour. If anything different from what the government had said had happened the adversary that is the governor will not arm his friends to use against the government?

Anyway hatred removes brain.

GEJ should have done whatever it takes to rescue the chibok girls ....also ,I believe you will say the arrested terrorists are swapped innocent civilians .
did Gej have the option to pay ransom then, in GeJ era what we had was just terrorism but that as evolve to Terrorism ventures today

today bandits are after money, they wan to be on Tik tok,, the terrorist under GEJ just want to kill or be killed

it is on record GEJ brought US machinery to come find chibok gurlz,

its on record GEJ tried to buy more amunitions evem thou some forces sabotaged it

it is on record President Jonathan identify with Nigeria soldiers on the field to show leadership ... can Tinubu.

You are just causing confusion for yourself.
There are still plenty of terrorists today, even more factionalised than what we had under GEJ.
Now we have Boko Haram, Ansaru and ISWAP. Don't confuse bandits and kidnappers (who are killing and kidnapping for ransom) with terrorists. The problem today is more multifaceted than under GEJ.
