Never judge a book by its cover!

People are fighting battles you have no idea about and don’t believe a smile on one’s face means all is well.
If you knew how true this your words are.

Don't look at others and wish you had what they had because you don't actually know what they have at all at all. Especially so called rich, famous and/or attractive ones.

May the Lord Grant Jayden's family the strength to bear their loss.

Jayden Adams appeared sad and alone in a video that has recently resurfaced following his shock death on Saturday, 11 July. In the clip, the Bafana Bafana players were surrounded by teammates celebrating their win over South Korea in the FIFA World Cup group stages.

The victory secured their historical advancement into the Round of 32.

Police are investigating an inquest into the circumstances of his death, which is believed to be a suicide.

Adams was remembered in a minute of silence, which took place before England and Norway’s semi-final match later that day.

JAYDEN ADAMS CUTS A SAD FIGURE IN VIDEO

In the wake of Jayden Smith’s death, a clip of him amongst his Bafana teammates has resurfaced.

In the clip, the South African players celebrate their much-needed win over South Korea in their changeroom, on 25 June. The victory secured their place in the FIFA World Cup Round of 32, a first for South Africa.

Players sang and danced in joy, while others filmed the happy occasion. However, Adams was seen seated and appearing sombre.

The celebration took place a few days after Adams’s grandmother Marianna died in South Africa. It also occurred just two days before she was laid to rest, which Adams missed due to him performing his international duties.

In a post-match interview, Jayden paid tribute to his grandmother, stating, “My legs were playing, but my heart was in heaven with her.

“She’s the reason I’m here… Wearing the green and gold meant everything to her.”
His death is sad and all, but, should he have been dancing and jumping after the death of a loved one?

Well, that explains the sadness in the midst of celebrations.
But then, the coach, players or one of the people around him should have noticed his odd behaviour.
Maybe they did, & he didn't open up.

RIP to him.
That doesn’t prove anything. Debruyne also keeps to himself and doesn’t joke around. He’s been doing this for years. Does it mean he’s suicidal? 🤔

Kante sef for dressing room keeps to himself. He no get time to dey jump up and down. Is he depressed? 🤔

It seems the grandma is the only person to ever love him selflessly.
I saw videos of him. Always by himself.

Adriano of Brazil's career went down when the dad passed away.
That's not how depression works. The grandma's death might have been the breaking point but definitely not the cause.

We don't give people grace to express their mental health problems enough. We made it seem like expressing ehat pains you're going through mentally is a sign of weakness.

Rest in Peace to him.

Wake Up call to us all... It may not seem like it, but there are people who will actually care if you open up and express your frustrations. It's better than bottling it all up.
Na lie. For Naija na money matter dey worry the so called depressed people. The moment you listen to their problems, na to start to dey beg for money to solve problems. Are you saying De Bruyne doesn't celebrate with teammates; that he is always sad & moody in the midst of celebrations?

Quite unfortunate, I think this was a negligence on the side of the team psychologist. Nobody could dictate sth was wrong with him. May his soul find rest.

I know about that, but when somebody you lean on is not there anymore as a result of distance, breakup or death, it becomes unbearable.

If the cause of death is believed to be suicide, my question is why should he kill himself
Maybe the grandma was the only close family member he had and he could not just imagine going through life without her. So sad.

The outpouring of emotion for the young lad by Nigerians shows we are more humans and have more value for life than these wicked and heartless South Africans going around killing people.
If this was a Nigerian I can imagine the horrible things they must have been saying.
